We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
I went into the dealership unsure of what I wanted. Anthony helped me identify what my needs were and was essential in helping me pick the car that was right for me. Marina was a pleasure to work with and was very conscious of helping me find the best financing option available to me.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Jake was fantastic! Excellent communication. He did what he said he would do, which is rare these days. The entire team was great, but if you’re going to buy a Jeep make sure you ask for Jake in sales!
My dealer was by far the the best car dealer I/my family has ever dealt with. He was respectful of our time and decision making all while making the whole process easy and exciting. The whole dealership had a very no pressure vibe which made being there very inviting and comfortable.
This latest visit was for service- oil change plus safety recall. The process to schedule the appointment and drop the car off and wait for the repair work was fine. The service work was finished a little sooner than what they had estimated. They said it would took take two hours so i chose to wait. The waiting area is ok ... it is a little small and could use a facelift. Free wifi and coffee is a plus. In my experience this is a good place to shop for a Jeep and equally good place to have it serviced. All the people were friendly. They have a huge selection of all Jeep models. Despite the safety recall, i am well pleased with my 2017 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. No question I would shop here again.
My salesman was a saint. I took over 60 days to finally buy a car. In the end I found two vehicles at two different dealers that I would buy. I eventually when with Golden Jeep and Pete 9the salesman) because all he did to find the right vehicle for me. buying process is low because the loan they picked for me eventually fell through still not sure how that is gonna play out. But they were nice through the process.
Really liked my salesman, Nate Medina, nice guy. I think I paid a fair price for the car, not great but fair. They will not haggle on the price but like I said it was not overpriced. Took a bit longer than I thought it would to complete the purchase and that would be my only complaint.
