My Jeep Liberty was brought there by the dealer I bought it from for repair of a coolant pressure problem , they had been working on it prior to the fire they had in the service dept and parts of it were in the fire, they were able to put a replacement engine in it and now it’s back on the road, thanks to Leo and Jen and the guys in the service dept for their effort with the main building gone they are working out of small garages and trailers on the property, not the most ideal conditions but they got it done !

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 16 years of driving Toyota vehicles, I recently decided to explore other options when it was time for a new lease. I had spent nearly two months waiting for updates from another dealership and often found myself having to initiate the follow-up conversations. The experience left me feeling frustrated and overlooked. Then I contacted Dutchess Kia, and everything changed. From my very first interaction, Mitchell Nelson, Sales Manager, and Kyle Bonser, Dealer Representative, were responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I wanted. They listened carefully to my preferences and, incredibly, located the perfect Kia Sorento X-Line for me in less than a day. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, and I never had to wonder what was happening or chase anyone down for updates. I also want to recognize Franc Lombardo, Finance Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I received a great deal. 2023 Jeep Wagoneer L review
I love my Wagoneer L. It cost just over 70k, so it’s not super cheap. As soon as i pulled out of the dealership lot, that car was awesome. It felt like riding on a cloud. One thing I will say is the brakes are very high, so I initially thought the parking brake was on but it was not. When you tap against the brakes it slams kind of (not violently but noticeably) but you have to really push down to actually make it stop because it is such a heavy vehicle. The outside of the car is so nice. We got the Series II in black and it was very nice looking. But the inside was even nicer. There’s a huge touchscreen with tons of entertainment options and heated and ventilated seats and black leather. It may even be more comfortable than other cars I have been in like Mercedes and Range Rovers. There was chargers at every seat, lots of space in the back for luggage and other cargo, and power seats that folded down into the floor with the push of a button. Long story short, it’s amazing for the price.
