It isn't often that I feel pleasantly surprised from the first moment that I meet a salesperson at a dealership until the end of the transaction, however this time it was even more than expected since I wasn't really buying a high dollar vehicle. You would never had known that fact, I would have thought there were another set of zeros on this transaction as I felt as I had bought one of their better cars.
I entered the lot at closing time, on New Year’s eve to look at a vehicle just traded in that didn't even have a complete profile of the website (or correct color), as Greg was leaving for the day (year), he circled around and asked if he could assist me, I queried as to if the car I had found was the one referenced on their ad, Greg wasn’t sure but he said he would look into it for me, and meet me at the office.
As I approached the office, after closing, his smiling face told me that it was the vehicle, I asked if he would mind getting the keys, I promised not to ask for a test drive, just wanted a better inspection. Greg obliged, brought the keys out and I checked it out. I told Greg I was interested and would contact him first thing Monday, in the meantime he was to schedule the vehicle for a safety check…
before the dealer opened on Monday, I was there to take it for a test drive, as I walked into the showroom, Greg greeted me, and stated he would get the keys, a few moments later, he pulled up to the door in the car of choice, threw a plate on it and asked if I was ready to go….Yup.
Greg directed me through a nice country drive to get a feel of the SUV, and as we completed the test, I asked him to find out what the final price would be, he went to the sales manager, came out and we agreed to the deal. Greg told me he would put the car through the safety check and recon and let me know when it would be available; another surprise, a few hours later it was available for pickup.
I came back at 4:30 (I will mention that Greg offered to bring the car to me, a 40-minute drive to assist me if I needed a ride), we did a walk-around of the vehicle, put my new plate on and we went over to the main office to finalize paperwork & payment…half an hour later I was ready to leave, however I chatted with my new friends a bit as it became a very comfortable atmosphere.
As I only interacted with the other staff briefly, I cannot attest to their capabilities, however all were pleasant & friendly as I walked through the dealership.
A take away for those who have read this to here, ask for Greg, he is professional, courteous, & thorough and your experience should turnout as terrific as mine.

Never ever an issue with the Jeep. Always reliable and never an issue. Simple maintenance is all you need. Gets me to and from, Wherever and Whenever.
This place deserves your business. I just bought a truck here and it was an unexpected pleasure. I'm 49, so I've seen a lot. This dealership does it right. I first test drove it two weeks ago and received no harassing follow-up calls and no pressure to buy. No nonsense whatsoever. They gave me the keys and let the truck do the selling and answered all my questions. Tom and Craig were professionals throughout the process. I'll be back. Thanks guys.

This car is used but drives ok. Needs a few repairs that the dealer never disclosed but I will get fixed. I really love jeeps
Just bought my first van from Graig. A great experience and great van. No pressure negotiation. After we decided on a fair price he let me take it to a third party mechanic to inspect. Checked out great except for a small air conditioner issue that Graig wouldn't have known about because it was winter. They fixed it even after they had already come down on price. They held it with a very reasonable deposit until I could have the funds available. Really impressed they didn't try to hard sell me on financing or extended warranties.

I’ve had 2 wranglers now and have never had an issue with either. I’d say the only con of my ‘08 is no sirius radio and no volume control on the steering wheel. everything else about this vehicle is the 100% perfect.
Hans and Jeremy were amazing to work with and very flexible. They let me take the truck to get looked over by my mechanic, clearly secure in the truck they were putting on the lot. I would recommend them highly. Looking for a great truck look here first.

It's a Jeep, and doesn't disappoint. Great for inclement weather. Looks and performs ruggedly. Very basic interior design, but completely satisfying for it's use. Love it.
I saw the car online, drove 2 hours. The car was exactly what they said it was. Hans and Jeremy where professional and easy to deal with. No pressure sales and I drove away in a nice truck. I will be a repeat customer. Thank You

The jeep is great. Just had a baby so it’s no longer ideal for me. I’ll throw in 4 siped snow tires. Barely used I’ve never had an issue with it. Bought it new and it’s paid off.
Great people, great service (except for there football teams they root for lol!) , Sorry Mark had to do it :) go Ravens!. We purchased the Chevy Colorado z71 trail boss and from the time we got there till the time we left they were so accommodating and pleasant to just be around, the staff played with our kids to keep them occupied. We initially went to test drive the vehicle but in speaking with them and what they gave us for our trade we went ahead and purchased the truck. No hassle with friendly service and fair deals on their auto???s is really about all you can ask for. Thank you guys so very much!

I balked for years at buying a Jeep Wrangler because of the litany of problems they had. Maybe if I was a single guy I could have put up with it, but not my wife. Enter the new Wrangler JL, the massive redesign that put nearly all those problems to rest. My wife test drove one and really liked it. Within a couple of days, we had ordered a brand new 2019 Wrangler Rubicon. This thing is a hoot to drive. We like hiking, camping, state and national parks, and this will be our Go-To machine for those trips, as well as a daily driver for me. So many truly well-thought-out design features in this new JL. Did I mention the Rubicon looks totally butch with those factory 33" BFG All-Terrain T/A tires?
Went to c&d to look at an 05 f150 and loved the truck but not the price. They were very open to negotiate the price and I ended up getting a great deal. I would recommend this dealership to someone looking for a used car and would shop there in the future.

Fun Jeep to drive! Soft top allows you to go topless in warm weather! Six speed runs great on expressways. I am only second owner. I took great care of Jeep.
Everyone was really nice. The buying process was very easy, and low key. I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD from Matt, and It was agreat experience. I recommend Morgan Auto in Manheim to everyone in the market for a pre-ownes vehicle. Thanks again.

I think I got a steal and will enjoy passing this down to my boys. Vehicle only had 3000 miles on it and looks brand new.
I test drove a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and it was amazing!!! The car drove very smoothly and was very comfortable! I will probably be looking into buying it from Cars.com very soon!!
I was looking to do a trade for a tundra and had checked out alot of different places from dealership to private. I got the referral from a friend about ideal cars and it was exactly what he had said, couldn't of been happier with the service from Barry to the deal we had made, and let's face it we all know how some of these salesman are at dealership lots stalking you like an animal!! I would surely recommend ideal to any and everyone looking for a quality used car or truck at great prices.... Ben

We purchased a used 2016 Ford Explorer from Mark Martin Motors, and were thrilled with the car, the process, and the customer service!
We want to thank Allen and Alex in particular for their assistance, proffessionalism, honesty, and their warmth and caring.. We recommend them and the dealership very highly and without reservation!
We will be buying from them again in the near future!

Highly recommended. Runs great super sturdy. Great suspension . ; 4 wheel fun in the sun. Ultimate convertible . Manual shift. U can get the RPM to set the standard
I bought a Toyota SUV from these guys in 2012. I got the best price for the car that I was looking for in the 100 mile radius and the salesman was great throughout the whole process. Most importantly, the car still drives like a champ without any issues. When I'm in a market for a car again, I'll be going to Ideal Cars first before I go anywhere else.

This vehicle was not only awesome, it was a way of life and every bit as fun as a motorcycle, ATV, or jetski. Spent every summer I had with it with the top down and more times than not with the doors off. <3 0|||||||0.
I was on the lookout for a fully loaded BMW E60 5 Series. I previously owned one and missed it so much I wanted one back. They're really hard to find with all the options, but sure enough there it was! Head-Up Display, Night Vision, Auto High Beams, Active Cruise Control with Stop+Go, Nav, front and back heated seats, you name it! They ticked every box that year. When I first drove the car I noticed a slight vibration in the car from a bent wheel. Mike immediately took care of it and even put on new front brakes and rotors after resolving the wheel issue. It was a great buying experience. They came in lower than our credit union with financing and were a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. And even though they don't use it as a sales tactic, after the sale is complete they let you pick one of 7 charities to donate $50 towards. It's a great way to give back while getting some sweet wheels. I'd highly recommend Synergy and will definitely be going back when it's time to buy another car! Thanks again Mike. We love the car!!!

The term, ’it’s a Jeep thing,’ is real. Either you love them or hate them.
It is a convertible 4X4 and fun to drive.
Under powered, over priced and it is not comfortable.
However, ’it’s a Jeep!’ Love it and would get another in a heart beat.

Keene is not the closest Ram Dealer to my house by any means. I used to take my 2011 Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel to another Dealer but wasn’t happy due to rude employees and long repair turn around. Keene has always repaired my Ram while I waited with no repair issues. Keen also has a fantastic oil change program that is very affordable. The staff is very friendly. I will continue to trust Keene with my vehicle service needs.

My goodness. I bought my very first Jeep Wrangler. I'm so excited for summer. I've already started the upgrades. It's exactly as I have imagined, a little Leary driving in the rain on the freeway and it takes a lot of peddle to get it to freeway speeds only because you feel like you're speeding when you aren't but by gosh it's fun
Over the years my family has purchased six vehicles from Bobby Rahal Honda and my sons both purchased used Acuras from Rahal Acura. I recently traded my 2010 CR-V for a 2016 Acura RDX. Dave Williams was the salesman. He did a wonderful job explaining all of the features of my new SUV. The buying process was a breeze as Dave is so laid-back, not at all like the popular image of a car salesman. I would highly recommend Rahal Honda or Acura to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

This is the second Wrangler I’ve owned. Both were TJs (the second one was a TJ Unlimited). It’s an amazingly versatile vehicle; goes anywhere, capable of loading a bit of cargo in the back, and the top comes off for fun summer days.
Not a vehicle to buy if your looking for a ton of luxuries, but that should be obvious.
My car a Subaru forester 2009 had the muffler broken on a Wednesday night.
I called Faulkner service on Thursday morning and they squeeze to fit my car in service for Friday morning, this given the fact I could not see what was wrong, they fit my car in right away, also serviced the 90,000 miles review and was due for inspection, they went out of their way to get my a ride back to my office at work, the Manager drove me to my office. I lost my key in the his car, he found it and return it to my key chain at the dealership. Also the service technician -Kaytlin, warned me for the thread of the tires passed inspection but was close to be to thin to deal with this coming winter season . She was honest, she did a great job, we ended up doing all the services: 90,K service, inspection, new tires, and bushing system and new muffler. Thank you!

This jeep was cobbled together and painted just to look nice. I drove it for two months and the rust started coming out. I took it to a body shop and it was 75% all rusted out
Great dealership, Staff was extremely friendly, kept in contact with me with full details about what I needed to drive the car off the lot throughout the two weeks it took to purchase. Didn't feel pressured into buying any warranties or the vehicle itself. Great dealership, will probably visit again in the near years. 10/10 great experience

We take this vehicle miles and miles from humanity and services, we would never do this if we felt our Jeep might not bring us home. I can't understand the low ratings from Consumer Reports, maybe they are expecting luxury car ambiance in a vehicle designed to withstand the elements. I've never been more satisfied with any new vehicle we have purchased. We have 80 thousand miles on it - a lot of back country - and it's never failed us! If I buy another car, it will be a Jeep Wrangler.
