I drove over 575 miles to buy a car from Thomson Chrysler Jeep etc. because they had the only 2020 Fiat 124 Spider I could find with a MANUAL TRANSMISSION.. My sales associate was MIchael Myrick and he was the best. We had to do most of our discussions via email and phone due to the distance. I bought the car sight unseen thanks mainly to his excellent presentation of the vehile and i could not happier. The business manger was also super nice. I think his name was Matt. He showed me the various options but was not at all pushy to the point of trying to get me to sign up for something I did not want as I have expereinced at other dearlerships. Inside the dealership building they even had a "Yellow Jersey" on the wall from the Tour of Georgia bike race. (Wow!) I would do business with them again in a heart beat if they were not so far away.

I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler sport from Federico in woodriver Il. I got pre-approved online. Colton called the next morning an let me know what the payment would be an if we wanted to test drive it. Sheryl was sales person she was amazing. It's never been so simple to get a car an they made it enjoyable. We are so enjoying it. Whoever the previous owners were took excellent care of it.

I recently purchased a used truck from Swainsboro Ford. Coming from TN, drove over 400 miles. It was well worth it. These folks were great, providing an excellent car buying experience. I highly recommend them. Top notch.

Had a rear end collision with it a few days ago. Handled it well. Car that hit me, as I was standing still a traffic light must have been going 40-50 mph. My car took the brunt of the crash, sparing me I am sure. If totaled, will look at same manufacturer.

The new 4xe is very well designed. Performance is great. Can’t believe the acceleration in electric mode. Interior is very comfortable and functions well except for not being able to use Car Play on the the in-car hotspot. Kind of defeats the main reason for having an in-car hot spot! Our disappointment however is in charging. It is difficult to find public chargers at convenient locations where we are traveling and also very slow. (Over 2 hours to get 25-30 miles of driving.). Also cost of charging is not really as economical as originally thought. Few free chargers available. Our in home charging cost is around $2.85 and public charging is about the same on average. This compares to our current cost of $3.50 a gallon in Florida. The savings is just not worth the long wait to charge on a long trip. However the savings on short trips using in home electricity is good, but just not a huge monthly savings. If Jeep can improve charging capabilities in future years it could be an excellent vehicle.

Getting serve at Mark Ficken Ford is a pleasure as all the service agents are professional and helpful. I like that they have a SMS notification service, which makes it easy to know whats happening as your vehicle is being serviced.

I bought a 2019 Ram 1500. The price they had listed actually was too high and after a long negotiation I got my truck. They gave me a fair price of trade in for my trade in and worked and got me a great interest rate. Donte and Kaleb both did an exceptional job.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I have a jeep gladiator mojave, 2021, great vehicle , the best i have ever owned, great for offroading and the suspension is great, designed for higher speed offroading and it does a great jjob at this and just regular off roading. also fun just to drive around town. Highly recommend this vehicle, i also love the xtras, led lights, safety features, (blind spot and ADC, etc), aux swithes . This just a great vehicle.

Had a great service experience with Marquise and Kevin on my 2020 Tacoma. Warranty just expired and had to get the Power Steering rack replaced. At first I was not pleased since the vehicle was out of warranty "missed warranty coverage" by 4K miles. Marquise tried his best to get Toyota to cover however he was unsuccessful. In light of this he was still able to get me a significant discount on the parts and labor. When I got home and looked under hood, I noticed the fan cover had a crack. I went back to the dealership and they explained that to replace power steering rack they did it from underneath vehicle and went no where near the fan cover. With no hesitation Kevin went to the parts department to see if the part was in stock which it was not. He ordered the part had it shipped overnight and I had it replaced a couple days later at no cost to me. I just wanted to relay that these guys provided the epitome of customer service for Stone Mountain Toyota..

The car was purchased in August 2021. I average less than 9,000 miles a year. I have had one service since the car was purchased. I am very pleased with this SUV. It hits all the points that we need, seating for 7, towing my small boat 3200.lbs, motor cycles and off road vehicle, enough power for my needs from the 3.6L V6 and a comfortable ride. I enjoy all the safety features, Blind Spot and Cross-Path Detection. Pedestrian/ Cyclist Emergency Braking, GPS Navigation, Headlamp and Rear Load-Leveling Systems and the Full Size Spare Tire etc, ensure a safe and pleasant trip. The Trailer 7 and 4 pin Harness comes in handy for you don't have to look for a adapter. The Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof is a pleasure have and use. The 9 Speaker with Subwoofer 506 Watt Amplifier sends enjoyable music throughout the cabin. There are three areas of concern, that at this price should have been addressed. There is not enough padding in the bottom seats of the drivers and passengers seats. During a long trip, it becomes uncomfortable. Another concern is with the wind noise that starts at 40-45 MPH and increases to 65-70. In addition the front interior dash padding feels cheap. They could have done a better job at this price to address these issues, especially the wind noise from the door gasket. My previous vehicle a VW Atlas did a better job at a much lower cost.

I had been going back and forth with what car to buy or should I even buy. JD Barksdale was so patient with me. Together we found this beautiful Lexus that I’m obsessed with. I just purchased the Jeep Grand Cherokee L in August 2023. It is too early hopefully to have any issues with it but as of today, I love this SUV sooo much. I have owned all kinds of 3 row vehicles, MDX, Tahoo, Explorer, Pilot over the years and this is by far the best one I have owned. Prior to buying this I test drove all kinds of 3 rows too. This wins by miles!

Great around town as the short steering radius allows very easy parking and the short length for negotiating traffic. Not so great on fuel economy as it has the 4.0 inline 6 engine.

This review is for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Willys. I had traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4 door Sahara. So I know these Jeep’s not only last a long time, but are reliable. The new Jeep is beautiful, runs well, and is fun to drive. Exceptional on road and off road performer. Snow, rain, sleet, or mud, this Jeep can handle pretty much any conditions.

Absolutely love this vehicle!! I have owned many cars and SUVs in my driving life from Corvettes to LandCruisers, pickups and luxury sedans and this is the most fun, most comfortable and most dependable vehicle of them all!!

Brought a car I purchased for a new programmed key. The service advisor recognized that someone tampered with the engine & transmission to cover major repairs needed. Thry did a full inspection & found $5500 in needed repairs. He advised me to return the car to the dealer. I returned it the next day & got my money back under the GA Lemon Law. Thank you!

I could never imagine owning a vehicle as large as the Grand Wagoneer but after driving it for 10 months, I really like it! There is ample room, it is powerful, the ride is very smooth and the driver visibility is without peer. When we have guests, we can all ride together and when there is light hauling to be done, it can all fit in the truck.

Great experience with Matt who was very experienced, knowledgeable and patient with helping us navigate the new Chrysler Pacifica. Sales process was rough with little negotiations. Service department has been great although they need complible courtesy cars for families (I.e pacificas, ram trucks, etc.) the interior of the delership could be expanded to offer up to the date amenities that the competitors offer.

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

Our family purchased a 2022 Wagoneer Series III 4WD. We drove it across country over 2600 miles through rainfall and snow to visit family in the mountains. The 360 camera view is crisp and bright. High/low beam lights have a wide span while driving, it’s easier to see at night. The brakes are sensitive, but effective. It has a 5.7L V8 engine and does well on mileage. Acceleration is great. Climate controls, media player and hands free capabilities worked great, they can sometimes be slow to make changes.The drive was comfortable, the vehicle handled very well. We even had lots of storage space for belongings. It comes with full 2nd and 3rd row seating, lots of lower car seat anchors for kids.All 5 of our kids were happy.My only complaint is the classic wood grain could only be found in the grand wagoneer.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

On vacation and had to have service work done to my Ram 2500, everything went great!
