I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!

This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealer. While every purchase was a pleasant experience, this last purchase was by far the best. All the sales staff were friendly and helpful. My salesman Willie, listened to what I was interested in, worked to find a vehicle that matched those interests and then worked to structure the best deal. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable. I drove away in the new Durango I wanted and know that I will continue to visit this dealership for my service needs as well as any future purchases!
I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from this dealership. Barbara and Kylor were absolutely phenomenal. We purchased an electric vehicle and they did everything in their power to get the car charged and ready for us. Honestly, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had adequate equipment for the vehicle. We were able to ask questions and received knowledgeable answers. If they didn???t know the answer right then, they researched it and within minutes had an accurate answer. The energy of both Kylor and Barbara was fantastic. They seemed just as excited about the vehicle as we did and that was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a place that puts all the information right out there for you honestly (no issues they are trying to hide), and allows you time to make your decision (doesn???t rush you into an answer), we recommend this dealership and seeing Barbara and Kylor. Even the finance department was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The Horne Auto group, with out a doubt one of the best dealerships around. Horne Kia specifically, Amazing facility. Very user friendly, high class, yet everyone is treated equally. The amount of help,with questions,service,amenities is nothing short of amazing! I have purchased from them before and would recommend anyone to buy from them.
Took my car in for schedule 1 service which included an oil change. I bought the car used from this dealership and it had a blend for the oil at that time. About 20K miles ago I switched to full synthetic and when I dropped the car off I wrote in my instructions please use synthetic oil for the oil change. Instead of the synthetic or even a blend, regular oil was used. They offered to change it out but because of time I declined. This is the 1st time any of my instructions were not followed. I have always had 1st class service from this dealership.
My wife and I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 20 years, we were due for an upgrade from our 97 4Runner. After extensive research, we decided on a Macan S. We reached out to multiple dealerships via email, Adam from Porsche of Chandler was the first to reply and the most helpful. Subsequently he was always prompt and informative in communicating. Our initial plan of building out a new Macan S didn't work since 2019s weren't yet available and the 2018 run was done. We then changed gears and test drove a used, CPO 2018 GTS in the sapphire blue we were interested in. We fell in love and Adam made the buying experience as minimally painful as possible. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and non-pressured. Helps when what you're selling is such a high quality product. We appreciated Adam and Ginger staying late on Friday night to help finalize the purchase (with no pushy upselling). When the car was ready (after window tinting and detailing), Adam delivered it to our house in North Scottsdale (40 minutes away), in time for us to take it up to Sedona for Thanksgiving. That confirmed their commitment to high end customer service. And our new blue stallion is fantastic! Few things in life live up to the expectations, our Macan GTS exceeded them.
I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii. Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle. Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing. I have bought many cars and this was a straight forward transaction, no issues at all.
I bought my son his first car. John was very patient and made sure we were given the information and then the privacy and time to review the information and make our decision. We felt informed and confident about our purchase when we said yes.
Will deffenetly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a car. Our sales man was Alan Garcia and he is awesome. He explains everything very well, does not pressure you into buying anything you don't want like a lot of sales mans do. I think it's very important to have great costumer services the whole time we were in there Alan kept conversations goin that time flew by and it all went by very fast. We had our two baby girls with us he rough us some goodies from upstairs so we can feed them. Anyone go on there and ask for Alan Garcia ! Execellent Costumer Service. We walked out with our new 2018 Honda HRV and we love it . Thank you Alan !
