Jonathan was extremely helpful. Seamless buying experience, very informative sales pitch but not pushy at all.
2021 Jeep Compass review
I had a really nice 2022 Chevy Equinox RS last year, but due to my commute over a mountain pass during winter, I was afraid it was going to get trashed. I decided to trade it in on a 2021 Jeep Compass Limited, believing that it would be a more rugged option. I am so impressed with my little Compass! Its leaps and bounds over the Equinox in my opinion. The Compass is more responsive, more comfortable and definitely more solid. I love how my doors unlock when I reach for the door handle. I love the tight turning radius (I’ve owned two Wranglers), and I absolutely how it handled compact snow and ice on the highway in Montana earlier this spring. I felt extremely safe driving my little Jeep Compass, whereas the Equinox always felt like it was “lightweight “. The only “bells & whistles” the Equinox had that the Compass lacks, is the remote rear door release on the fob and on the driver’s door and maybe the 9-speaker Bose sound. As long as I can listen to my memory stick with 5k+ songs with all 8-speakers working, I’m happy!! The mileage is comparable; the Equinox had a 1.5L 4 Cyl w/turbo and 6-spd transmission; the Compass has a 2.4L 4 cyl w/9-spd transmission, and I like having a little more meat under the hood. The Equinox is considered a mid-size SUV, Jeep Compass is a little smaller and rated as a “compact” SUV, however cargo capacity (cubic inch) is equal. The seats in the Equinox were very short under my behind, only extending halfway between my butt and my knees, if that, so long trips were not super comfortable. The shorter seats did allow for a little roomier cabin, which my husband liked, but since it’s my vehicle… yeah. I absolutely love my Jeep Compass Limited. I really wanted a Trailhawk model, and I might trade up to that version later, unless I can afford another Wrangler or ultimately a Gladiator. Summing it up, I am a Jeep Girl, and while I initially thought the Compass “isn’t really a Jeep”, I have happily been proven wrong. I refer to it as a Baby Jeep that wants to grow up to be a Wrangler Unlimited.

2024 Jeep Gladiator review
2024 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk/ Grey. We have owned this pick up for over a year and a half. It has been a dependable daily driver and work truck to date. It has taken us and our family to work and for outings anywhere every time, to and from. We have had no issues with the V-6 and maintain it as required. It meets our needs and handles and drives very well. The back seat has good room and has enough comfort for children to play. ( We have had no issues or problems to date) If this truck remains very similar in the future we will purchase a new one.

East Madison Toyota review
Just got my 5th RAV Premium hybrid from East Towne Toyota ( had Corolla and Camrys in the past since 1977) Love working with past and present staff: Sam and Ben Lancaster, Gary Cooper, Tashi (5 stars), Andrea Bagley ( 5 stars also) Joel, Jonathan, Rudy ( 5 stars too) and your courtesy drivers like Mike. Even the parts sales team! Regrets if I missed anyone You have good coffee too. Hope I can be around long enough to buy many more quality vehicles going forward. Thanks Toyota ( the Toyota Way - I have that book)
2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4xe review
I’ve had mostly BMWs and Audis over the years and cycled through a few TJs and a YJ as a weekend car. I’ve been driving my 4Xe as a daily for 6 weeks now and love it. It’s quiet, comfortable and generally fun to drive. Not a rocket but definitely quick enough to merge. It is loud on the highway and something to consider if you travel long distances. For me and my short commute, it’s perfect. I got 900 miles on my first tank of gas and average 32 MPG in hybrid. With everything going on in the world, it just makes me smile. Is it for everyone? No.

Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside review
I used John Bridgman to buy a used Accord. The transaction was actually rather enjoyable. I was apprehensive buying from a dealer other than Honda but quickly realized that these people are fair to deal with. The dealer finance rep treated me good too. He explained the optional warranty and it makes a lot of sense to me so I am covered for the power train stuff until I hit 125,000 miles. That'll take me years. I endorse John.
2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I had a great experience working with Parker Rogalla. He kept me up to date with all the information about all of the particulars on the vehicles I was interested in. His follow up and follow through was great. Definitely someone I would work with again when it comes to buying a car.

So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
We are very happy with our '21 GC Limited. It is well appointed, with many options, drives nice, comfortable and still sits higher, unlike a lot of other "car" SUV's. We use this as our only vehicle, and flat tow behind our motorhome. Jeeps are the best vehicles made to flat tow!! We have climbed dirt trails in the West and cruised coastal waterways. Love it.

My expetience was positive from start to finish. From my salesmsn Chris to the manager John, i was treated with respect, and felt they genuinely cared about finding the right car for me.
2020 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
New Jeep GC owner…about a month in. Bought a ‘23 Grand Cherokee Summit after admiring the looks of it. Was nervous to purchase because I usually drive foreign. I also own a ‘22 Audi and have to say that the quality of my Jeep is comparable. I am pleasantly surprised by the drive as well as the quality of the finishes. The ride is quiet and smooth. The 6 cylinder has plenty of pep and has no trouble getting down the highway. It even has a bit of a growl when you step down on it. I legit smile every time I drive my Jeep.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Rosen Nissan of MadisonReviews
Rosen Nissan of Madison review
Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was unsure about my likeliness of getting approved for a lease seeing that my credit situation wasn't the best. Kory Branton (Salesperson) was the first person that offered me help and I must say he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! After being denied consultation from another dealership earlier that day, my hopes were completely down but Kory changed that immediately! I have never in my lifetime seen an individual work so hard and efficient to make something happen with so much patience. Kory, along with the rest of the team (Ed [Finance Guy], Cory [Sales Manger]); could have easily turned us around at anytime and told us to come back but instead they were willing to stay an HOUR AFTER closing time in order to help us! We are so grateful that you all were willing to sacrifice your time and patience to assist us with our purchase! Words can not explain how much this means to us and how much this moment has helped our family here in Madison. My son was so impressed with you all's service that he no longer wishes to pursue Chevy & Jeep products. He wants to purchase a Nissan so that he could do business with you all again. Thank you all so much! P.S. Kory you are the absolute best sales person we have come across and with your work ethic you will make it so far in life beyond all of your expectations! Keep doing what you're doing!

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Napleton Beaver Dam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Manny is AMAZING! Zero pressure, very informative and knowledgeable. Told him what I was looking for and he said, just a minute - we got one in yesterday that hasn't been inspected or detailed. He brought the car around to the front. Hooked! Bought last October, 2,300 mile on this 2024 Grand Cherokee Summit. They decided the vehicle was too big. Their loss my gain!! More bells and whistles than I'm used to but drives like a dream, ride is so smooth and quiet. Manny I will refer anyone seeking a new or used car your way! Jacob was awesome with the paperwork. Overall the experience was the best I've had. 5 stars is the most I can give but I'd like to give him a 10! Thanks again Manny! Keep being you!

Helpful staff, and they didn’t waste time or dilly dally. Gave a good and fair offer on trade in vehicle. Also we’re able to move a vehicle from one dealership to one closer to my location.
2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
Second lease on a Grand Cherokee. Different than my 2021 in many ways. The all wheel drive makes the steering more sensitive. Tricky parking brake and much smaller layout of gauges in dash. No Sirius satilitte radio. Seats are harder. Overall better than the 2021.

2019 Jeep Wrangler review
The only draw back is the location of the small battery for the keyless ignition. It’s located under the fuse box , very hard to access to replace . Gas milage that I get is 18 city 24 highway . Only 28 k in 6.5 years . When new I did get 27 highway and 20 city . Even if you fold up the back seat not alot of storage . Performance is outstanding . Back up camera is a big help .i had a 1993 wrangler , no comparison . Great winter and summer drive .

Jean, was very helpful and pleasant with our purchase yesterday. We had been looking for a Grand highlander and he had it ready for us when we arrived. The vehicle was also discounted after only 11 days on the lot which was also great. Had just the right features and we like it very much so far! The purchase did take 2 hours, but we were not sitting around much the attendant who told us about our car features, was also great although I cannot quite remember his name at the moment. We are a satisfied customer. All the employees we interacted with were great!
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
bought a new 2022 GC Summit. I wanted the hemi, only found it in Summit pkg at the time. Overall love the vehicle interior is as nice as anything out there. Real wood, lots of leather and nice materials overall on interior. Kicking stereo. Had a 2016 Overland with hemi. Wanted one more new hemi before quit making them. Easy 20-22 mpg at 70 mph. Plenty of power, very quiet and smooth. Biggest complaint all the plastic trim on the outside. First time i shut the door sounded like a rattle or something, not as solid as the 2016, when i shut the door it sounded solid. Nothing i could find wrong just pieces seeming to make a noise. Overall love it. Looks great, rides great, descent mileage, and very nice interior. Did i mention messaging seats are real sweet. Also plenty of towing power which i needed. Excellent in the snow as well.

Absolute Auto review
Absolute Auto was very friendly and helpful to me! I pulled into this auto dealership looking for help on a Saturday morning for some quick emergency service on my car. The guy stopped what he was doing and helped me immediately even though this is a dealership! Thank you very much for getting me back on the road. I was able to finish my weekend vacation and get my car back home because of you. I saw a large selection of beautiful cars for sale here - and I would feel comfortable shopping for a vehicle here based on my interaction with you.
2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

The service was very good and everyone did their best to accommodate the process. For my job, I failed to get a written estimate and the verbal that I recalled was $880. My Grand Cherokee Laredo E just turned 50,000 miles a few days ago. Other than routine maintenance, the only money that I have invested in it was for 4 tires last month. Extremely comfortable, capable and reliable. While not delivering Prius-like gas mileage, given the performance it provides in all types of weather.............NO COMPLAINTS !

Love it.

Zimbrick NissanReviews
Zimbrick Nissan review
Having purchased four new cars from Zimbrick over the last 30 years (two Hondas, an Acura and an Infiniti), I had an expectation of excellence, and I was not disappointed. Joe Meinholz, while busy with other customers and phone calls, took the time to explain the vehicle in which I was interested (which he had ready when I arrived), allowed me to take it for a test drive, and discussed it upon return, all with no pressure. He also followed up promptly on my questions via email. The purchase decision is still pending.
2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
2017 GC Limited 4WD. Bought it 3 years ago with 53k miles and now approaching 108k miles. When we bought it, we went to fill the tank for the first time and the gas pump kept shutting off. Turns out there was a known issue with the fuel filler neck assembly. The selling dealer replaced it under warranty and we literally didn't have another issue until 100k miles. At 100k miles took it in for new spark plugs, which is normal maintenance, and found the radiator leaking. The new radiator was not cheap. Have not had any other issues, just replaced the factory original brakes, they made it almost to 108k! We live in Minnesota and this vehicle is an absolute beast in the snow. Put it in snow mode and it is very stable and feels unstoppable. It is a comfortable long distance cruiser and gets decent mileage on the highway, between 24-27mpg. The UConnect system is very easy to use, and the nav is pretty good, but the whole system operates quite slowly. That's a minor complaint I think. Overall we are pretty happy with our WK2.

Ness Auto SalesReviews
Ness Auto Sales review
I have currently relocated from South Florida to the Madison area. Being new to Wisconsin and having poor dealings with car sales in the past I was skeptical during this current process. My hope was to find a vehicle that I liked without the hassles that typically revolve around "buying a used car." After scouting out different dealerships I was blessed in finding Ness Auto Sales (Lodi, Wisconsin.) Upon several conversations with Craig Ness (Owner) I felt comfortable and decided to visit his showroom. To my pleasant surprise I found a family owned business with the professionalism, service and pricing that is typical in "big city" dealership and so much more. I have been in the customer service industry for decades; one of the key factors is connecting with the customer and making them feel valued. This was all true coupled with honesty, integrity and a sense of "family" that is seldom found. Mr. Ness's ability to meet and exceed my expectations was outstanding. He took the hassle out of buying a vehicle and brought it all together with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I strongly recommend Ness Auto Sales for any used vehicle purchases. I look forward in continuing my relationship with Ness Auto via future vehicle service needs. Thank you Ness Auto Sales for providing a one stop shopping experience that is World Class!!
2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Jim Schmidt Chevrolet of Delphos review
Zach and the staff were accommodating and on time. I text the day before on a vehicle and it was ready for me to test drive at the exact scheduled time. Very helpful and easy to work with, no back and forth bidding war. Thank you again Zach for making the process a smooth and easy process. Would recommend anyone to go there to buy a vehicle new or used.
