I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.

I previously left a 5 star review because our experience with the purchase of a used vehicle was excellent, however following that review, we had an experience that prompts me to revise the 5 star review. We had an issue with the transfer of our license plate from our traded vehicle to the new vehicle that was caused by an error on the salesman's part. After a couple of conversations with the salesman and manager about how to rectify the problem, they abruptly dropped the ball, forcing us to have to visit the DMV to get the problem resolved at a cost to us. It was an easy solution, and I understand that mistakes happen, but the dealership wouldn't even return my phone calls to give us direction. Very disappointing!!
Brent acknowledged me right away with a smile and a hand shake! That meant a lot since I was by myself and haven't shop for car in 14 years. He was so helpful throughout the car buying process and I felt at ease. Everyone else that I came in contact gave excellent service as well.
From the moment I drove onto the lot till the moment I left with my new Kia Stinger gt1. tony Washington greeted me immediately and made me feel comfortable. He offered a test drive and I was hooked, He was way more knowledgeable about the car than I expected, ive been in the car business for more than 40 years and usually its me telling the salesman about the vehicle he is trying to sell me. I also want to give a shout out to Adam Ritchie, he also went the extra mile for me in obtaining what was a very unique finance situation, I cant thank him enough and lastly Mike Brand in finance. He was very thorough and helped me get through this process quickly and explained the extended warranties in a way that I had not thought entirely through. The answer to what you really want to know is yes I will be returning to buy another vehicle from kia country and I hope these same 3 can help make buying a car as painless as you could ask for. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
