We would like to thank Charles Bruce for his excellent customer service every time we bring our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service or repair. Recently we were going out of town and needed our key fob reprogramed for safety reasons. Mr Bruce got us in right away so we didn’t have to worry while we were away. We will continue to bring both of our Jeeps to Auburn Jeep Dodge.

Yesterday I finally scheduled an overdue recall service. My last dealer service experience in Roseville was not so pleasant and is likely one of the reasons I had put off the needed service. I called the number on the recall letter, they connected me to Allison at Auburn Dodge and she immediately scheduled an am apt and shuttle for a ride home.
Forest was courteous and efficient in getting my truck checked in and Edgar the shuttle driver got me home in time for a 10a.m apt! Shannon called around lunch to report that vehicle will be ready for pick up around 2pm and that my oil change and tire rotation were already in the system and paid for;.) I appreciate having a local dealer option thanks for the service!
I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from Folsom lake Honda and also had all 4 vehicles serviced here as well. Every visit my experience has been amazing. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car. This place is great, honestly if your looking for a car you need to go see them you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve been bringing my cars to Folsom Lake Toyota for nearly 13 years. The repair counselors always review the maintenance report with me and let me know if any maintenance will be required in the coming weeks/months, the facilities are always clean and comfortable, and the service is usually pretty quick. I’ve found that it is better to wait onsite for the car. Also, appointments fill up quickly (and can be made online) so expect to schedule at least a week or two out.
BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)
Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.

Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we???ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicles. It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
