I ended up with the car I need. Edgar was very helpful in helping me find the Subaru legacy that I needed. A little work needs to be done, I know about the window being off track, now I'm shaking as if I have a sunken ball joint. I was told the window would be taken care of, I'm really hoping this is too. I will be purchasing a second vehicle with my tax refund, which would make my third purchase. I would rate Bob valenti an 8.5 out of ten and my salesman a 9.5 out of ten. I've never purchased a car from a dealership more than once anywhere else and for good reason!

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! 2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

As a woman buying a vehicle on her own, we’ve all heard the horror stories. But my experience at Falveys was fantastic!! All questions were patiently answered even the ones that seemed silly in hindsight. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful! My salesman was TJ and he was very patient and polite. Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

This is my 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee (previous one was a 2016), and I absolutely love it. Gives a very smooth ride. The vehicle feels very sturdy and solid, which to me is another plus. Disappointed that it didn't come with a cargo cover though!

The overall experience at Scranton Chevy was awesome. Bill the salesman was very friendly and not your stereotypical salesman he didn?t push a sale or have that shady feel that you would think of when buying a car. The financial officer was also very friendly talked to me as if I was a regular person explained everything in detail and made sure we knew all the options. After the paperwork was done Bill showed me all the options of my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

Purchased a new car for my Grandmother here. I have never had anything close to the experience i got here. From the initial hello when i walked thru the door, to the final handshake, these folks are top notch! I personally worked in the car business for over 10 years and have yet to be treated better in any dealership. They will continue to have my business for years to come.

Needs oil filter conversion so oil doesn't drain back, Google it..good power, goes anywhere , better than the 2 door for smoother ride,, I would buy again

I just purchased a used car from Wile Hyundai. Steve C. was my salesman, he was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that would fit within my budget, Along with Gus the sales manager. They made my purchase a positive experience. As a woman you don't always get treated well at dealerships ,but these two guys made me comfortable and worked with me and there was never any pressure to buy something I didn't want.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

The salesman showed me directly to the car I wanted to see. He was knowledgeable about the pre-owned vehicle and dealerships purchasing process which made me feel like I was in the right place. The business manager found me a better deal than I found myself and the dealership took care of the few cosmetic problems I had addressed.

Just bought a 2024 on a 2 year lease. Driving from Oregon to So CA. Very impressed with the car compared to the barebones long range Model Y I have had for 2 1/2 years. The launch edition has everything you could want - even massage seats for the driver and passenger. Have put 1k on the car and it drives very nice - perhaps not as buttery smooth as the Y but still very good. Range is 270 miles on highway in Eco mode - don’t know if the cool weather has something to do with the range. No real issues - don’t like the dial on the console for gears - prefer a stalk. Jeep software on iPhone is meh and not ready for prime time. Overall I really like it so far - plan is to ditch the Y once I ship the car to Hawaii.
