This rating system only allows 5 stars, but Mr. Wiesner deserves 10 stars. We had a phenomenal experience! Our family of 4 has been a minivan family for the last 6+ years. Two Dodges, a Chrysler, and then a Honda. After a little over a month in our used Honda, we realized we'd made a mistake. We desperately wanted to get back into a Chrysler. Our search began again, and although we WANTED a new Chrysler, we decided we should probably just purchase a used Town & Country. We had one chosen, and we were ready to buy. We were working with a dealer and a salesman we had used before, and we were happy with them. My husband wanted to go in Friday after work and purchase the used Town & Country. Unfortunately, the salesman had an existing appointment, and he was scheduled to be off on Saturday, so we were not able to connect with him until Monday. This is where Bill comes in. Bill had been showing excellent follow up with my husband for a few days since his first inquiry on lease rates on a new Pacifica. My husband has a demanding job, and is not often available for communication during work hours. Bill covered all avenues, trying to match up with what worked best for my husband. Voice call, email, text. He was never pushy, but always thorough. My husband's phone rang at about 10 till 5 on Friday evening. This is when you might typically think it's easy for a salesman to just "call it a day" and get ready for the end of the day. Not Bill. This call earned our business. When one door was closed for the weekend, Bill opened his. It was a short, but productive phone call, and what stuck with us most was that Bill kept saying he was confident he could work something out for us. Saturday morning came, and I took the 90 minute journey to Glendale. Bill had done his homework. He had a list of vehicles ready for me to look at. We looked at a few, and he listened to everything I had to say. He helped me narrow down the best choice for us. Bill followed through on everything. He said he was confident he could make something work for us, and he was right. Bill was never pushy, never sneaky, never rude. He did his job, and he did it really well. His dedication to follow up and his willingness to find the right vehicle for us, earned our business. We are incredibly happy with Bill and our experience at Glendale. When he said he'd only been in car sales for about 6 months, we couldn't believe it. Our experience made us feel like he was a seasoned veteran. We want you to know how exceptional of a salesman he was with us. We look forward to shopping with Bill and Glendale again.
