She asked what I liked about the car I had, the options I wanted to keep and what I might like to add. She provided a test drive in a 2026 Seltos and then, introduced me to a beautiful 2026 Sportage. Her demeanor the entire time never included pressure tactics. She showed me all the features that were included and how to navigate the control panels. She took me to the service area and introduced me. The entire experience was exciting and enjoyable. Because of Roxanna I made the decision to lease the Sportage. I am confident I will enjoy my new Wolf Grey Sportage.

Metro Kia of Madison was excellent with communication and follow through the others didn't respond (1 finally after a week) in a timely manner. While it wasn't in stock, it was expected to be in soon. So one of the sales associates let us test drive his personal car that was the same make and model.
