Everyone in Phillips Chevy service department in Lansing, Illinois did an excellent job helping me get my car repaired. From the receptionists, to the service advisors, and the technicians as well as the courtesy drivers, all were kind, courteous, and professional. And the cost was fair. I have confidence in the Service area of Bill Kay Honda! The staff know me and I trust them. All the cars in our household were purchased from Bert. We trust him and the service department and feel Honda is a quality product. That is why we continue to come back and refer to people we meet to go to Bill Kay and our has their car from Bert!!! We own a HRV, an Accord and a Civic.

Mercedes-Benz of Orland ParkReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park review
I purchased my car three years ago, and every time I return for my service appointments, the staff is incredibly friendly. The entire experience, from making the appointment to receiving my car back, is top-notch. I have my own service advisor, Steve, who is amazing. He explains everything clearly and ensures that I understand my options. Steve excels at his job and at building a positive relationship with me. He also keeps me updated by texting while my car is in service. Additionally, the dealership recently underwent a remodel and looks fabulous. They even have a chef who prepares breakfast or lunch when it’s ordered—how great is that? Cooked to order and it’s FREE! My sales representative, Bill Harris, is honest, knowledgeable, and patient, truly an all-around good guy. He even calls me to remind me of important dates related to my car and my birthday, which is such a nice touch. I'm going to be a customer for life! Great job, everyone!

Dial Nissan review
Unfortunately I didn't purchase a car yet, but I was very please with the sales person named Nicole. She made me feel very welcomed, and any issues or doubts that I may have had, I felt assured that I will be in good hands. I hope that I will be able to find the right car at Dial, because her service was great.
2025 Kia K4 review
I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

Jose was very nice, very polite and honest. He took his time, walked us through everything, never rushed us during inspection or paperwork review. Very polite and honest, and asked for permission for his social media. Disclosed everything and was very apologetic for “taking too long” even if he didn’t take a long time at all.

Shopped for an SUV and found an excellent used car. No complaints and have had nothing but regular repairs. Buying process was fast and easy.

CarMax Tinley Park review
Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.

2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

CarMax OmahaReviews
CarMax Omaha review
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
