CarMax Lithia Springs review
Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

O'Steen VolkswagenReviews
O'Steen Volkswagen review
I traveled more than an hour to look at a certified VW Passat at O'Steen VW. The salesman Jag was helpful and made the process fun. Of course Jag was assisted by sales management, and also Rob and York in finance. In terms of details and after sales support the folks at O'Steen VW followed through to make things right. Kudos to General Manager David Schomp for running a "good ship". O'Steen VW isn't in my back yard, but I will do business there again. And I love my Passat.

I was Andrew first sale and he did a wonderful job with everything and the process was smooth and amazing. I recommend you to buy a car from this particular dealership because they really paid attention to my needs and accommodations! I needed something bigger and Andrew showed me a nice SUV and I was instantly in love!!!!! I went and got my car serviced recently and their customer service team is amazing they gave me complimentary snacks and water for me and my family and we waited in the customer care area and was very comfortable. I love my Kia 🥰🎉👏🏾 thank you all for your wonderful hospitality and help !

Ariana was amazing to work with! Contacted me about a vehicle I was looking at, I went in she greeted me and my family, we talked I told her what Honda of Lake City did and tried to get away with and she listened. I was terrified to sign anything after my experience with Honda. She let me take my time reading, did not rush me or push me into anything, she argued the price that I wanted and even with the issue with that other dealership I was able to get approval to be financed! She is very professional and definitely amazing to work with I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to go to Jenkins Kia of Gainesville.
