From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for our family and genuinely cared about helping us. We never felt like “just another number.” He took the time to listen to our situation and worked hard to find a solution when other dealerships had already turned us away. Our local dealership told us it was IMPOSSIBLE to find a vehicle with payments of $300 or less but Jake proved them completely wrong! A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
