Ken Ganley Kia New Port Richey review
Devin is always very pleasant to work with and not pushy which I love because yesterday I had my car in and I knew it needed things but we literally just came from a funeral for my Mother in law and my husband had just went one week prior to her passing to visit her so money for those two trips out of state was my extra for the time.

This dealership is truly different from others. I've purchased 2 vehicles in 6 months with Alex Cletus (salesperson) because of the experience I received with my first purchase. Straight up best experience I have had in purchasing new vehicles. Warranty on these vehicles is unmatched by any other manufacturer. I would definitely and have referred people to this dealership! You leave there happy and not feeling like you are just a number/deal.

Maintenance on vehicle was great but when the dealership cleaned the vehicle, the top was missed. The dealership always seems to try to sell something extra like a new tire or extra service.

I highly recommend Towbin Kia. They have always been easy to work with and able to meet my needs. We have purchased two new cars and had a great experience with both. In addition, we will continue to use the service department for regular vehicle maintenance as they always do a good job at reasonable price, while keeping our vehicle up to date.

They went above and beyond to make our deal happen. Mark in finance was excellent as well. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Took both our 2016 and 2019 Kia Forte sedans to be serviced at this dealership. Cornelius Thompson had a friendly attitude, was very helpful and efficient. Got both cars serviced in the same day. Did not try to sell me products that I did not need. Hope to have him remain as our go-to service advisor.

Such a great experience getting our second vehicle from this store. Everything from our saleswoman, Reanne, to the gentlemen in the back getting my new MPV looking perfect for my family. The process was painless and quick. Reanne was very knowledgeable and friendly, even with my kids, throughout the whole process. She ensured I felt comfortable with our purchase and options we chose. We felt like family as we went through each step and never felt pressured. Definitely recommend Reanne and WAG to anyone looking for a car!

Brad was efficient in getting me in and out. He made it easy and understandable:) The best part was he honored a coupon from another dealership and that impressed me. Brad was professional and empathetic and I felt good about the service I got:)

Ken Ganley Kia New Port Richey review
I took my 2022 Kia Sorento EX in for a DCT transmission and control unit fluid change at 85,000 miles. The price was reasonable and the service took less than 3 hours while I waited. They gave me a free multipoint inspection. The service desk rep, Eduardo, was professional and knowledgeable. I bought this car new from this dealer in December, 2021.

Kevin was an excellent car salesperson, immediately made the buying process smooth and easy. Never had to negotiate prices as they offered excellent prices from the beginning without car dealership markups and random fees. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great salesperson and car dealership.

Kia Santa MonicaReviews
Kia Santa Monica review
Fantastic car-buying experience at Kia Santa Monica, all thanks to Jason who is the most non-salesy salesperson (thank you!). Appreciated that he was authentic, timely, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit without any pressure or awkward drama. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we got a great deal on the car we were looking for. Honestly wish we could buy all our cars from him and then go out for a beer afterward. Highly recommend!

Kia of EverettReviews
Kia of Everett review
The team at Kia of Everett listened and considered my daughter's unique needs, and advised with options. After driving the used car that brought us to the Kia store, they also showed us a few options from sister stores. They brought in one of those cars, let us compare, arranged financing, and my daughter had just the right car for her lifestyle and job. The team put her at ease with the whole process, as it was her first time buying a car. I can highly recommend the team at Kia of Everett.
