I had a good experience this was my second car purchase from Kia. First was used second is brand new. My only issue is the wait process for the financing part. I think they should have finger foods, doughnuts etc... For customers being there all day.

Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.
Frank, the salesman, was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Brett the finance guy was great at explaining everything and even Brian the manager was very friendly and kept checking on us.
