I am always letting friends and family know that I love my Rio, it is a small compact and is easy to manuever, the radio is the best I have ever had in a car. The car is reliable and gets me through summer, winter and all seasons. The price is reasonable and may want to buy another one in the near future.

Hi I purchased a vehicle from this dealership about 3 months ago . I bought a 2017 Nissan Altima. It hasn’t given me any issues. It’s a good running , clean car with low mileage. I got a great deal on the car. Low down payment and low monthly car payments. This isn’t the first vehicle that I have purchased from bandana motors. They always work with me no matter what personal issues I have going on in my life. They are always on time with whatever endeavors that I need . They are very friendly. They work very hard to satisfy their customers and to get them in a perfect and affordable vehicle . Whenever you’re ready to purchase a vehicle they will have you in and out quickly and on your way home with your new car. It’s not an all day process. They also will find an affordable insurance for you if needed. Even after I have purchased the vehicles and may have had a small issue with the vehicles such as car sensors, tires, batteries, needing oil/water etc. They have helped me . With me being a single lady I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without this dealership. I’m so grateful for them and there services. I got tired of paying so much interest on used vehicles. Omar was my Salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We worked out a good deal on my new Civic. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 for buying process is because you always have to leave yourself room in your mind for your monthly payment once you sit down with the finance person. But everyone was very pleasant.

On 1/27/25 took my 2015 Wrangler in for a check engine light and the code I provided was for a faulty thermostat. My Service Advisor Michael gave me a price quote of just under $800 to replace the thermostat and housing which is after a $220 diagnostic charge. I was told that the part was on back order and would be a month or more before they could get it, "Sorry thats all we can do, we'll call you when it comes in," was their only reply. I took my Jeep to Firestone in Watsonville, they ordered the part from Santa Cruz Dodge and had it installed the next day. Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram also at the time quoted $270.42 plus labor for a power steering flush that they said "failed." I called the Santa Cruz Dodge dealership and they quoted me $150. I purchased my vehicle from the Watsonville dealership and this is not the first instance of very poor customer service and price gouging in the service department. I have spoken to the service manager before who was responsive at the time but at this point I felt others should be forewarned.
