2017 Kia Rio review
My husband and I bought this car to replace our 2003 Ford Focus. We were looking for a smaller car with good gas mileage to get him to and from work each day. This is a really nice compact car. It fits our child's large car seat in the back seat and the car seat still needs to be rear facing (a must for us). We were also looking at Ford Fiestas but the back seats were much smaller and didn't fit our needs. The Kia Rio had decent reviews rated a 4/5 overall. That is how I would also describe this car. It is not a car with a ton of bells and whistles but it is updated, gets great gas mileage and was a great upgrade from the older focus that we traded in. The 2017 Kia Rio that we purchased also has never had any recalls on it yet, so that was also a nice bonus. The back seat seams to feel larger than the backseat of our older focus so that is also a plus. If you are looking for a car that can get you too and from easily, good gas mileage, affordable, and a compact style car, the Kia Rio is a really nice option and one that I would recommend.

The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

2014 Kia Rio review
I drive this car for work 80 miles everyday. Currently at 68k miles. Absolutely no major mechanical issues. The little engine has a surprising amount of power, mated to its smooth shifting 6 speed automatic. I’m 6’1” and still fit “comfortably” inside. I did add a center console with armrest for more storage and comfort. My only complaints: -Door panels are hard plastic, not comfortable to rest your elbow. -Not much sound deadening in the car. A good set of tires is a must for a quiet ride. You hear everything. Overall this is an excellent commuter, spare car, or first car. Very reliable with great styling.

2020 Kia Rio review
I rolled my 2002 P T Curser and needed to get another car so I wanted to get a Kia Ive never heard of a Reo nor had i ever seen one. The car lot pulled out the Reo and after i drove it I fell in love with it so far it runs great no problems good gas milage. I have only had the car for a month tho so time will tell.

2007 Kia Rio review
I love my Kia Rio. It is a bare bones basic model with power nothing! I even have crank windows! It isn’t pretty, she has a dent underneath the drivers door, and just recently, it was backed into by my neighbor. She hit it hard and smashed in my drivers side fender, so every time you turn the wheel left the liner which is also broken rubs the tire. Thankfully the hat is plastic. My door is bent and does not fully open. The insurance company totaled it, but I took it back and we order d a new fender and liner. I will replace the door later. I just in the last year had to replace my waterpump, catalytic converter, o2 sensor and one other sensor. It only has 137,0000 miles and I own it outright and not ready for another car payment.
