Castle Mazda Downers Grove review
Scheduled an appointment with no issues. Was able to get oil change and rearview mirror issue fixed in an hour. Staff was cordial and efficient.
2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Gerald Kia of MattesonReviews
Gerald Kia of Matteson review
I work in the car business, so I'm picky about how dealers treat people. Gerald Kia of Matteson did it right. Sam got me into the Telluride and made sure it was super clean when i pulled up, Duane kept things moving, and Vino in finance walked me through the paperwork and didn't get annoyed when I asked a lot of questions. I'm the type who trys to reads every page, and they were cool with it. Nobody is perfect, and I'm sure I'll have a follow up question or two, but this was a good experience start to finish. Happy with my new SUV and the team for sure.
