When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. 2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.
