The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. You could see that they cared for us as a Customer and were very friendly and not overpowering. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. I had a great experience buy a vehicle on Wednesday 4/5/23 the salesman Michael Baker made the whole experience very enjoyable. Mike was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the vehicle. And he was very easy to work with, even though I am old he made me feel like we were old friends.

I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Marley Kazeka was really helpful in understanding our extended warranty packages. Originally Jeff had explained them at the time we purchased the car but months later we came back in and Marley did a proper job explaining, an excellent job really. AND she is totally and unbelievably gorgeous and charming, which always helps. Another thing we found was that the service department was especially caring and nurturing, especially Erica Hughes. Really made us feel good about the maintenance we were receiving at Ken Ganley Kia of Mentor. We are really happy with the deal we got from Marty Albee, you never know if the deal you are getting is a good one or a bad one till a year or two later, and this was a really good deal including the extended warranties! The vehicle runs great and no problems at all!

We bought a 2020 Kia Soul GT. We loved it. I caution you to NOT buy into all the add-on warranties. You will never get your money out. We got snookered in and it raised our pmt by several $$. We loved the car so much that we bought a second Soul. We sold the 2020 and kept the 2022. It gets between 35 and 41 mpg. Dealer does all the work.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the good folks at Arko Auto this past Saturday. I love this car. I purchase 2019 kia soul last month and have been happy with my decision. there is a lot of cargo space and I like the window tint. It drives smoothly and the back up camera is great. Kia is a relaible car company and i have not had any diriving issues. I purchase used with 90k miles. i use full synthetic oil.

I purchased the 2017 GMC Yukon XL then great shape I had 90,000 miles I purchased the vehicle the following day drove it home and later that evening had issues with the transmission I contacted the dealership it told me to bring your vehicle back in after checking the vehicle they realized that they're definitely was an issue they gave me another car they service the transmission took 10 days to get my vehicle back the dealership drove it to me which was an hour and 15 minutes away I've had it for 5 days now and haven't had any issues as of yet hopefully there will be no further issues

Our 3rd Soul and this one is a keeper. (npi) Way better power range with the 2.0 4 cyl. Decent gas mileage with mid range driving and a big ,and or, heavy foot. Nimble but stable agility when turning or passing. Great factory quality control as well.

I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before.
