Arby was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all of the questions we had. There was no rush and he was not at all pushy. Javier was great to work with as we did the paperwork to finance the car. When the car we purchased had an issue right away, they had us bring it back in and went through it to figure out what was going on and replaced some parts without charging us. They also lent our daughter a car to use while hers was in the shop. Brandon, one of the sales managers, and the other front desk gal were up front and honest about everything that was happening and worked hard to make it right so our daughter had a reliable car to drive while attending school there from out of state. They even knew her name when she came in to pick up her car, which made her feel special. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to work with an honest and friendly company.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.
