It is with pleasure that I write this review. Andre Jefferson has got to be the epitome of the perfect salesman. He was very professional, kind, helpful, and patient. He made sure that he met all my criteria in my new 2027 Kia Telluride SX Hybrid Prestige AWD. I got black on black and it is beautiful! Strangers walk right up in parking lots expressing admiration for my new car. He literally got it in 2 days. I will happily refer him to everyone and not hesitate to ask for him again whenever I am in the market for a new car or to family and friends. Thank you Andre! You are amazing!!

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

2024 Kia Sportage review
I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Keffer Kia review
I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I was recommended to try Keffer by my family. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, we were immediately greeted by Rudy, our car salesman. He worked diligently to find the car I’ve always dreamed of. Thanks to Rudy, his manager Min, and the team, I was approved for my 2025 Kia K5!! I love my car and I will always do business with Keffer Kia.

Planet Kia Charlotte review
My saleswoman Faith Amador was incredible — so patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about finding the perfect vehicle for me. She wasn’t pushy at all; instead, she listened to exactly what I wanted and worked hard to make sure I left 100% happy. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in helping her customers. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing management team — Antoine and Jaedon! 🙏 They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They worked with me to get the best possible deal, and I honestly couldn’t believe the numbers they came back with! Between their kindness, professionalism, and transparency, I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. What really stood out to me was how honest and team-oriented everyone at Planet Kia of Charlotte was. There’s no gimmick or pressure — just real people helping you find the right car at the right price. They even have some incredible offers going on right now, including ZERO DOWN options and some of the best deals in Charlotte! If you’re thinking about getting a new ride, don’t waste your time anywhere else — go see Faith Amador, Antoine, and Jaedon at Planet Kia of Charlotte! They’ll treat you like family and make sure you leave in a vehicle you love. 💯 Thank you all again for making my experience so amazing — I’ll definitely be recommending Planet Kia to all my friends and family!

JTs Kia of Rock Hill review
It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.
2024 Kia Sportage review
Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL
