Kia of Fort Myers review
I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers review
The sales people were wonderful. Very attentive and assisted me in my buying process. The finance manager, however, did not have the paperwork ready when I walked out and promised me that they would be delivered with the car. The car was delivered two days later and no paperwork in the car. I don?t think anybody needs to beg for paperwork and it should be ready within a few days. Thanks to a wonderful woman who works in sales at the dealership , she FedEx me the papers. That was the only problem that I had and it was very frustrating. I applause the salesman that I worked with and the sales woman.

Airport Kia review
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I have consistently experienced at your dealership. Since 2020, I have been purchasing Kia vehicles, and what keeps me coming back to Airport Kia of Naples is the exemplary service provided by your team. In particular, I want to commend Mike Dent, the General Manager, whose leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Additionally, Andres Cuesta, the product specialist, deserves special recognition. His extensive knowledge and expertise with Kia products were instrumental in addressing all of my questions and concerns before purchasing my new 2027 Kia Telluride SX. Andres provided a thorough and informative walkthrough of the redesigned Telluride, highlighting all its features in a way that made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. The professionalism, patience, and genuine care exhibited by the entire staff created an environment that is welcoming, pressure-free, and family-oriented. Furthermore, the dealership itself is always impeccably clean and organized, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience every time I visit. This combination of excellent management, knowledgeable sales staff, and a well-maintained facility has earned my trust and loyalty. I am thrilled with my new Telluride and look forward to continuing my relationship with Airport Kia of Naples in the future. Thank you once again to everyone at Airport Kia and the entire staff for making every visit a positive experience. Warm regards,

The experience started off poorly, truck was not what the website claimed. Equipment on truck was not accurate and front hood paint damage. The manager found me a better solution near the price I was offered. Financed through the dealer and they got me a good rate. Long day after a very long drive from Tampa Fl, but the Matthews Curry team made it Right.

Honda of Sarasota review
I don’t normally write reviews but this is one time I feel it’s important. I met with Michael Malmsbury searching for a car for my daughter, and he immediately made me feel comfortable when he demonstrated his wealth of knowledge on the models I was interested in. Once we got down to the nitty gritty of putting the deal together he was on my side and worked tirelessly to help me!! I can’t thank him enough for his patience and personal support in making what is usually a difficult purchase a satisfying experience! If you like honesty, and quality customer care joined by a wealth of knowledge then when you are looking to purchase a Honda, ask for Michael, you won’t regret it!!
