My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
All the staff at Biurne???s Are knowledgeable, courtesy and caring. Their vehicles are exceptional value for money. I love the service department. Ben is wonderful. He cares about you and your vehicle. I trust they will take care of my car, like it was their own. That???s a quality that I feel has been lost at other dealers and service department. Thsnk you. Keep up the good work. I recommend everyone to go by and experience the special treatment.
I purchased my vehicle here and have taken it to service twice and have been extremely happy from the first moment I stepped into the dealership. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help and answer questions. I will be returning and have told my friends!
May wife and I have been looking for a new minivan for a few weeks and came across Bourne auto sales. Patrick was super helpful. We were torn between here and another dealership for the same vehicle. In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!
Torry treated me very well during the process of buying my new Niro. I wanted an LX without any extras. They located one for me, the numbers were dead on at the delivery from what they said and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from everybody that I was in contact with.
I live on Amelia Island which is roughly 150 miles away from this dealership. It was well worth the drive. Mike “Gump” got us a great price on a new Kia Soul. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We talked with Enzo, Gump, Monica and Jacob . Everyone we talked to made us feel like we were part of the Deland Kia family.Made car buying fun. We will be back!
Such an excellent experience. The customer service was fantastic and Mike was so eager and happy to help us. They really worked with me in a difficult situation and I am eternally grateful. This is my second car through them and it won’t be my last!
