We have bought many vehicles from this dealership and at least 4 of them from Kevin. You couldn’t ask for more thorough & complete work done to make the buy quick and easy. When Kevin says he will treat you like family, there’s no doubt that he does just that. He makes your visit with him enjoyable and at the same time an easy relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Kevin. Thank you Kevin for your kindness & patience with us!

VERY comfortable car, especially if you like being able to park easily, yet have headroom and not need a crane to lower yourself into your seat. The seats literally hug you. Perfect fit for me, and the dealership was great, no hassle.

I purchased a used car from you. I was told it was a 2018, but the paperwork says that it's a 2017. I don't understand it.

The person I talked to was very interested in helping me get a vehicle but understood when I said that their location was inconvenient. He even offered to transfer a vehicle to my home to try it out. Very nice person. I refused at the time of my conversation because I had an appointment to discuss another vehicle in my area. I will consider this dealership in the future and will make arrangements to travel to their dealership some day. Lee

Byers FordReviews
Byers Ford review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco from Byers Ford, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience, especially since I made the purchase on a Sunday! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a welcoming team that made me feel right at home. Despite it being a Sunday, the staff at Byers Ford were fully engaged, offering exceptional service and answering all of my questions without hesitation. My sales representative, Jeff Ashbrook, was outstanding—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood all the features of the Bronco. He was never pushy and genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the best decision for my needs. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Jeff walked me through all the details, provided transparent pricing, and helped me navigate the financing options with ease. His professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference in my overall experience. The 2023 Ford Bronco itself is absolutely fantastic—rugged yet refined, with all the modern features I was looking for in a vehicle. Overall, buying my Bronco from Byers Ford was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend them—especially if you’re looking for top-notch service on a Sunday. A huge thank you to Jeff Ashbrook and the team for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Took vehicle in for new tires and TPMS sensors. There was a miscommunication concerning the sensors and they did not have 4 OEM units in stock. Lillian was the service writer and she twisted arms and worked a miracle to get the missing sensors delivered within a couple of hours. She kept us informed during the process and was very understanding of the situation. Lillian gets 5 Gold stars for her outstanding performance.
2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

Being an out of state buyer I was shopping on the Internet for a new truck , the salesman at Ken Gandly went out of his way to find me the truck I wanted ,he secured it from another dealership and delivered it and picked up my trade ,got a great deal , being from a different state the paperwork is a little more complicated, they seem to take care of that also
2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.
