Used Kia hatchbacks for sale near Durham, NC

I went into this dealership to test drive a used car that they had advertised. They actually had that car for me to drive when I arrived, which has not been my experience at other dealerships. When we realized that there were a couple of dealbreaker items associated with that car, They worked with me to get us through three other cars in order to help us make a decision. We ended up purchasing new. The finance team was easy to work with. The only negatives in the entire interaction were 1) simply the amount of time that the whole thing took, which was partially my fault For needing to go through multiple other car choices. And 2) their lack of willingness to eliminate the cost for ceramic coating, all with floor mats, and locking lug nuts. I wanted none of these things, but I understood that the ceramic coating had already been applied. Nevertheless, if I was buying again, I would attempt to special order a car and tell them that I was not going to pay for those items since they were not going to arrive to their dealership already installed. They also have a policy of free oil changes for life if you have all of your routine maintenance done by their service department, but I do not anticipate living in the area long enough for that to become a noticeable benefit. I would definitely consider buying there again, but I would go in better prepared to purchase a new car even if my intent was to buy a used car.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

It's been 6 years since I bought my Forte 5 LX. There were times I drove it 400 + miles a week on crappy Northern California freeways for field work and the only thing replaced was the battery, tires and plugs. It currently has 120,000 miles. This one has a GDI engine but no sign of engine problems. It's the basic LX version and I'm soon putting 16" wheels on it since the 15" steel wheels have that rust look. Overall, this car has been very good to me and is great for a retired person.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

Do not change what you are presently doing and only get better. ☺️ By getting better you attract more business. More business means more money.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.
