I drove down from Vermont to purchase a 2015 VW Beetle. The car was in showroom condition, Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Extremely welcoming and professional staff from the minute we walked into the dealership. As a women (in a male dominated industry) buying/leasing an automobile is not my favorite activity! However, from the minute I met salesperson, Peter Nett, I felt very comfortable with his professional and no-pressure approach. He made it a point to listen to what my needs were in a new leased car, what my 'wish list' might be and, most importantly, what my budget was. Peter allowed me to test drive the KIA that I had 'my eyes on', but also allowed me to consider my options among their product line. He was extremely competent in his knowledge of KIA's products and so personable at the same time. I also had the opportunity to interact with the GM, Jimmy Peluso, who also was outstanding in his professionalism.
