The car runs great, but has an overdue service alert (-8000+ miles). That?s the only thing keeping my review from all 5 stars! 9.9/10 - would recommend.

Good gas mileage definitely a keeper especially when gas prices are high. Smooth suspension plenty of engine performance. Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation. Reliable, very nice quality and holds it's value well.

2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

I just purchased my 2010 kia soul hatck back.its ot bigger than the new models.abd ready for this it has 259..000 miles on it n it's ru s like a champ I only had it 7 months and I get the oil change every 500 to 600 miles depending how it look or how much I've drove it..but I fo have a question .my idiot lights on dash some lights are not working.tjere has been a recall in the cluster system would it still be honored since I just bought it and there haven't been any recall order on it.. BTW.ITS PAINTED WITH THE BAD GUY ON THE TRANSFROMERS ON TBE HOOD AND IT ORANGE WITH GREEN RIMS AND INTEROR.THANKS

2018 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid review
I really like this car. I love being able to avoid the gas station for months at a time and using a more responsible form or energy. The mileage is also incredible :500 miles on one tank, and of course 24 "free" electric miles every time you charge it up. The charger can get dicey: you have to make sure it is fully inserted into the port. Also, be aware that this model comes with no spare, only a "can of goop", which is not going to be able to repair a serious flat. There have been transmission problems reported with this model. Mine was actually bought back by Kia from the original owner because of a transmission problem. But, all in all, I really enjoy owning this car.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. 2016 Kia Forte review
My wife bought me a 2016 as a gift yes it has a ton of miles but it runs and drives like a brand new car. We've had lots of road trips and no problems I'm 6,1 very comfortable even in the back seat I really like the trunk space

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

VERY comfortable car, especially if you like being able to park easily, yet have headroom and not need a crane to lower yourself into your seat. The seats literally hug you. Perfect fit for me, and the dealership was great, no hassle.

We live about 3 hrs from MemberCar. They were very helpful in sending pictures I requested of the vehicle and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before we visited. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. On the way home, 2 hrs into the return trip we encountered and issue. Rob assured us they would make it right. We were able to take the vehicle to our garage to fix and MemberCar reimbursed. I have bought many used cars in my life but have never experience a dealership like MemberCar where they made sure we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about Moose (can’t remember his actual name) and Xavier. We came in literally just looking and even with that in mind they both gave us the royalty treatment. They tag teamed as Xavier was our salesperson and Moose was the manage. Took the time to show us everything the truck had to offer, let us take her for a ride, and got back with absolutely no pressure. We loved the truck but knew we were not ready to buy. Moose, again with no pressure, ran some numbers without a credit check and even told us about a couple of trucks coming off the assembly line in case we were ready at that time, again no pressure. I would have left out of there with a truck but husband has to bring me back to reality. We literally went to other dealers looking at other trucks but both of us agreed not only the truck but the amazing service would bring us back to Fitzgerald’s when we are ready.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.
