This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they???ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that???s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I???ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that???s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very ???rocky???. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I???m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she???s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it???s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn???t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I???ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I???d be driving or how much debt I???d be in! As much as I???m dreading buying a new car, I just can???t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I???m sorry I don???t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! I will ALWAYS buy a car from Ed Napleton Honda! Aaron Roberts was fantastic from start to finish. He made sure everything was set and ready to go for us. At first we were wanting a 2019 HR-V but they were moving very slow to make them so we decided to go with a 2018 CR-V instead and he handled that transition AMAZINGLY! The car is sporty. Miles range from 18-28 depending on weather and if driving on the highway. I have been very happy with this vehicle with the exception of often you can smell tire or brake burn when I get home from my transport. I don't know what this is, It's done it since I bought the vehicle. It even did it after new tires and brakes. This is the only thing I don't like about this vehicle. I did have a push start issue once, but after a recall, it was fixed. It would be nice if it got better gas millage. On the average I'd say 22 mpg. We just switched to a synthetic oil and a higher quality oil filter to see if that helps.

The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.

The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. I already test drove and new what I wanted. I went online, filled out the following car buying programs, Costco, AAA and AARP. The later two emailed back with the price discount but Costco didn't since the car was a 2017 (it's Aug 2016 went bought). Jon called and said Costco would be a much bigger discount that the other two so I drove a good ways. I wasn't even considering Napleton since they were the furthest Kia dealer from my home but they were the only Costco dealer. Jon turned me over to a low pressured, fun and kind salesman Chris. Since I knew which car and package we had to decide color. Chris was easy to joke and talk with so it was enjoyable. Ben got involved during negotiations, he was also low key and fun but their price was not low enough since I had gotten a call from the AARP/AAA dealer in town. They ask what it would take and I threw out a lower price and I got as I was walking out the door. Mike took over, explain all the extras I could purchase quickly with no pressure and we closed the deal.

Chris Cayce did a fantastic job selling us our 2019 Kia Sorento. He was really knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles. He showed me how Android auto worked and showed me all the things I could do. I got to test drive it for the afternoon to really see how it could handle. I fell In love with it and bought it the same day. We didn't have to fight tooth and nail on the cost and we got a really great deal. That April receptionist girl was really sweet and welcoming as well. It's so great to see such a smiling happy face when you walk in the door! Reason I came to St. Charles Nissan was service department is the best in the St. Louis area! So I wanted to look at buying a new/used truck, and Scott Riley was our salesperson. First and foremost Scott was very professional and courtesy and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately pulled the used trucks on the lot and showed us several, then offered to show us a mid-size truck (Frontier) I was skeptical since I've only owned full size trucks but we looked at 10 to 12 trucks and even a few new 2017's still on the lot. Scott let us test drive the Frontier and I felt the Frontier would be ideal solution to my next truck. Scott went above and beyond in working with us to get the right price, and getting a fair price for my trade in. This was by far the best experience I've had in buying a new vehicle. My sister-in-law FINALLY gave in and had enough with a vehicle that has not has A/C for over 2 years...so I finally convinced her to come to the Hyundai dealership to have a look around...after seeing a few vehicles we found a CPO (certified pre-owned) '16 Elantra that could be a good fit. She test-drove it and really liked the vehicle in general (especially the working A/C). After speaking with Ben about it she decided it was worth the purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Darion and Tim, I am still in awe of the customer service I received and the patience, I changed my mind 3 times and finally decided on an Optima that they unfortunately didn't have on their lot. Tim searched all day on his day off and found it for me- I didn't get the text till 7pm - so really ALL day! When I went to pick it up I noticed some things that were missing that other dealerships offered on their Optima (windows tinted, pin stripe) Darion and Tim worked their butt off and made it happen! Can't say enough wonderful things about this team (which is really nice that it's a team effort). Side note- Tim is the manager of used vehicles, I bought new- that alone speaks volume :)

We needed a vehicle with a third row seat and AWD because my wife hauls our teen's sports teams all over the region, sometimes in snow. After narrowing the choices down to the Hyandai Santa Fe and Kia Sorento, we went with the Kia. We have driven it about 30K miles so far with no problems. We find it sufficiently roomy, with plenty of pep when needed, and surprisingly reliable (we assumed it would be more finicky than the RAV4 we traded in, but so far find it far more reliable than the Toyota).

I set out to purchase a crossover SUV and finally decided on a Kia Sorrento. I live almost exactly between two different Kia dealerships. Jim Butler was slightly further away but from the moment I walked in I could tell it was noticeably different than the other. I had sticker shock and was a little wishy washy about my purchase but the whole crew up at Jim Butler made me feel right at home. One evening my sales person Drew was off for the day and I was getting close to a decision but wanted one more test drive. I was in the area about 45 minutes before they were going to close and though I would stop in and see if that was possible. Amazingly within 1 minute of walking in the door I was approached by one of the gals from the office and started to tell her my story and she knew who I was even though I had never seen her before and she had me out the door with the Sorrento in less than 15 minutes. Amazing! Another sales person Jerry answered questions for me in Drew's absence and I never felt like it was a bother to him. The finance guy Justin was amazing and I did not feel pressured at all! My last 3 vehicles have been Kia's and now I have a top notch dealer to back it. One more thing if feel is worth mentioning. I bought the car on a Saturday and wanted all weather mats. The parts people had gone home and I was advised I could pick them up on Monday. By the time I got back on Monday I had noticed my chrome wheels did not have locking lug nuts so I purchased some. I was talking to the parts guy (sorry but I don't remember his name) and asked him if the service guys could put them on for me a 2 minute job. He replied there would be an $85 charge. I told him thats crazy half jokingly and about that time I saw a light bulb go off in his head. He asked me where the vehicle was and grabbed my key and said I will be right back. 5 minutes later I was ready to go. I thanked him when I got the key back and told him I admired him for taking the initiative to do the right thing. I just spent $43,000 dollars on a vehicle and to charge me $85 a day later to do 2 minutes worth of work would have soured my opinion of the dealership. Once again they showed that they are first class operation! Thanks to every one there especially Drew for sticking with me and never making me feel like I was a pain! I never right reviews this long but feel compelled to do so this time.

Love the lines on this car and the Titanium silver is a beautiful color. The seats are very comfortable with lots of adjustments. It’s very roomy but it’s smaller than other cars in the mid-size SUV range. Consumer reports and other sites ranks it in third place in reliability. It’s so quiet! I thought it was a hybrid after I started it up. The controls are all conebniently located on the steering wheel and the dash. This car came with the technology package. Love the safety features included like blind spot detection. Also love that there’s separate climate control for the very rear since that’s where we have our dog crates.

Transparent, above-board, open and honest deal structuring (and ours needed some work). After getting old school 'gotcha' from the St Peters Kia guys in 2015, I began taking that Kia to the Butler Service Dept and was impressed--they went to bat for me on a warranty issue and were great to deal with every time--so when it came time to trade, I gave these guys a try. Nate Thomas was a pleasure to deal with, as was Joel Hauk directly, with Chris Dixon and Justin Johnson helping structure a package that worked for us. When my wife saw a small surface scratch, these guys--and the great service dept---buffed it out pronto. What a difference here. I feel sorry for those who don't give these guys a try. (Also, love the Sorento...great comfortable, smooth riding road car).

This car has plenty of leg room. I love the many different drive modes, for example, Comfort, Econo and the Sport modes. This the 2nd Kia vehicle I have owned.

I have an amazing experience at Jim Butler Kia. Cheryl Cooper was amazing!! And so was Justin Johnson in the financing department. I got the car that I really wanted and it was not as stressful as I was fearing. Cheryl kept me very relaxed throughout the entire experience and helped make the day have an incredible ending with me driving away in a new car. I had my last Kia Soul for nine years and 216,578 miles. I look forward to this one lasting just as long. Thank you all sooooo much!!

Sport and luxury all in one. Why pay 20 grand more for a emblem? The Kia Cadenza limited has every option, qualityall around with the best warrantee in the market. I have white with the cocca diamond stitching and get people all the time asking me what make and can they sit in it.

Easy Buying Experience

This was my first Toyota purchase & first experience with Seeger Toyota. After seeing a used Tacoma on their website, I visited the lot on Sunday afternoon to make a cursory inspection. I called Monday and Kent informed me it was available & gave me a brief run down of truck history (ownership, service, etc). I made an appointment for 10am Tuesday to test drive. I was fashionably late at 10:15 on Tuesday. The truck I called about, which on Sunday had been buried among other cars on a cramped lot, was parked out front, ready to roll. How cool is that! I was introduced to salesman Doug Saunders. After chatting a bit and trading some tales, he put a plate on it, gave me some directions and sent me on a test & said see ya when you get back! I know the test drive was longer than the time it took to hammer out a fair deal with Doug. We each had a number and in very short order just met in that gray area in between. A handshake ensued! A bonus for me was they were able to handle all TTL work for an IL resident. This saved me time & extra running around. Closing out the deed with finance manger Don Norath was smooth, taking less than an hour. The icing on the cake was the assistance of Mike Kabbaz in helping me get the truck back to IL that day. All told I think 3 hours was total time involved from the moment I stepped on the lot. My observation of Seegers personnel is of total focus on the customer, as it should be. But as a customer, be reasonable and realistic in your expectations and negotiating. When buyer & seller are on the same wavelength, all transactions should be as smooth & easy as mine was. This was great experience, and one I will gladly relay when asked where I bought my Tacoma.

This car has EVERYTHING! I purchased the EX with the Premium package and there's not really much more I could even think of putting into a car... maybe massaging front seats? That's really it. I bought this car primarily for commuting in and out of the city and I don't even mind sitting in traffic anymore. I just slide open the sunroof, turn up the music, pop on the ventilated front seats, and take my foot off the gas while the stop and go cruise control deals with the congestion. The only gripe I really have with the car is that it's slow to accelerate from a stop. The engine doesn't lack for power, but when you really need to make that turn before the next wave of vehicles blocks your path, there is about a 1 second delay after you slam on the gas before the vehicle will launch. Could definitely lead to an accident if you're not expecting that delay. Otherwise the drive is smooth and it accelerates quickly afterwards. 100% recommend this car to any budget conscious techy.
