I would highly recommend this car based on performance, comfort and safety. It is very reliable in all kinds of weather and is really a pleasure to drive. It has all the features of the more expensive cars and is always very reliable. I believe that it is an excellent value.

This is my second Sportage. This car is perfect for an active lifestyle. I can fit my bike in the back with the seats down, the KIA roof racks are great for transporting my kayak and it is great in the snow. It is just the right size and easy to drive with good visibility. Gets decent mileage and takes regular gas.
Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.

This car is amazing from front to the back side to side inside and outside..really nice seats that hold you in place while the Turbo kicks in
Josh was very knowledgeable about the Kia Forte leased for my niece. The entire experience was pleasant and not time-consuming waiting for approvals. Would definitely recommend Spitzer for anyone looking for a vehicle.

As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.
Recently purchased a Kia from Spitzer and the sales/finance staff was amazing! Josh Valentine specifically assisted me through the purchase process. There was no pressure throughout the buying process and the process was efficient. They respected me as well as my time spent in the process. I would definitely return to this dealership or any Spitzer to purchase a vehicle!

Easy to drive. Great deal. VERY comfortable even for my 6' tall husband. Very dependable. HUGE trunk. Getting 40+ miles per gallon. This is my 3rd Kia. My first was a 2002 Kia Spectra. Only thing we ever had to do, besides the usual maintenance, was have the alternator worked on one time. If it weren't for a deer, I would still be driving that one. It had 194,550 miles on it when I traded for the 2019 Forte. My husband has a 2015 Kia Sportage. We are definitely a KIA family!
Went in determined to buy a car, but knowing I could only afford a certain monthly payment, and may not get what I wanted. They worked with me and I got more than expected! I got the car I wanted, but thought I couldn't afford (Niro EX), with a great rebate, low monthly payment, free oil changes, car washes, a tank of gas, and even a Panera gift card! I am so happy I came in. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Comfortable heated seats. Interior upholstery stays clean. Back up screen is so helpful, especially in mall parking lots. Lots of leg room available in rear seats. Plenty of cargo room in rear.
Went to look at used KIA Optimas ended up with a brand new 2017 Optima due to the fact that between Paul and Fred they made me feel like family and gave me a great deal on the KIA . They explained every little detail, took me for a tour of the facility and introduced me to all the service folks. I would recommend this dealer to any body that's looking for a car.

This car was nice loaded with tech features and safety features. Easy ride and drive plenty of leg and cargo room. Window tint was nice on windshield and windows. Good on gas and reliable.

Bought it from WPB Schumacher. Bad customer svce. Alignment issues til now, 6 mos later. Problem in steering column which is repairable for like $260, but Delray Kia refuses to fix!! Excuse is that warranty ran out!!!! Shows you how much Kia stands behind their products. The problem is a back and forth clicking in the steering and apparently common, but Kia could not care less!!!!! They even, at first had the gaul to try to charge me a $65 diagnostic fee. Will never buy ANY Kia again. Problem is that now I am stuck with pymts for the next 5 yrs....
It performs phenomenal drive like u are hovering on clouds picks up quick and inside or lord it’s like I’m driving something foriegn and the pano moon roof oh it’s to die for heated steering wheel I just wish it had remote start that would be the real cherry on top
This car has a bad problem when you step on the gas pedal the car feels like it stalls it like the gas is not getting to the engine, I had it at the dealership 3 times already they say nothing is wrong with it. I have almost been hit a lot of times.
I have a very good experience with Toyota of Bedford. Everyone at the lot that I dealt with treated me like we were family. Kevin G, Vanja, and Raven all were great and I really enjoyed working with the team. I will be recommending Toyota of Bedford to all of my family and friends

Regular oil changes ~ battery. tires ~ brakes @ 40,0000mi
Kia and Hundai are famous for this gasoline smell and dealer service refuse to correct this problem or do not know how to. My daughter owned a Hyundai, had same problem ~ she got rid of it to, for same reason, gasoline smell in cabin very bad.
Biggest problem was gasoline smell inside the cabin, on hottest days here in Las Vegas ~ this was the major reason I traded it ~ bad gasoline smell!!!
I actually had some issues with a current car. Not only did they help me with this, they even helped me get out of the current car and into something new. Margarit in the Service Department was very Friendly and the sales person Joe Walker that sold me my new car, was great to deal with, let me test drive all cars, with no pressure and pull available options for me to make a proper decision.
