Paducah Ford, Inc.Reviews
2018 Kia Sedona review
I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

I talked to Gerado for about a week straight trying to find a deal that would work for me. I ended up going a different route at no fault to him. He worked on every angle possible and was never too pushy. Highly recommend him!!
2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

2024 Kia Carnival review
The Kia Carnival is very impressive. First is the exterior with its classy design. The lines are clean and the finish is beautiful and seems to be durable. The fit of the exterior is again clean and precise. Although this is in the MiniVan segment it does not have boring minivan looks. The interior is quite luxurious for a vehicle in this class. It is comfortable and seems like it will kast a long time. The 8 seater models are quite versatile as the rear row folds into the floor and the middle row is fairly easy to remove. This gives you massive cargo space that rivals a work van. Even with the seats in there is a ton of storage space. There is a 7 seat model that features captains chairs in the middle row. These cannot be easily removed. I think most people would prefer the 8 seat models for versatility. The dash is amazing with its modern design and features. The controls are well laid out and easy to operate. The SX level trim features 360 cameras with a top view. There are just so many incredible features this car has that really just need to be seen. I suggest looking at some FB groups for the Carnival as there is just too much to put in writing. The Carnival has a strong v6 that is smooth and also economical. I would say most folks will get slightly above EPA ratings. I was able to get 34.9 mpg of a recent trip but I did have to work at driving conservatively. Most folks should expect 26-29mpg. Slightly less in city or a lot of stop and go. Acceleration is strong and you can set the mode of driving from Sport, Normal, Smart and Eco. These adjust the handling and transmission. Obviously driving aggressively will cost you on gas consumption. I love my Carnival. I has a Ford F-150 Platinum and wanted something better on gas easier to transport goods. This gives me the comfort and space I wanted and was used to. It is easier to park as well. I looked at Toyota, Honda, and Chrysler. All of the competitors were significantly more expensive. The Toyota is a 4cyl Hybrid and I did not like its performance. The Honda seemed a bit dated and not as roomy. The Chrysler has reliability issues but it does have the folding middle row. I just could not see spending more for that feature and a car with poor reliability. The Carnival is actually fun to drive with strong performance comfort and features. It is also packed with safety features. If you want a family vehicle or a versatile comfortable vehicle for hauling the Carnival fits the bill. The other option is an SUV but these are typically bulky, have less room, and do not get great gas mileage. Honestly SUVs are overrated and not worth the extra money.

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.
2021 Kia Sedona review
I have a 2021 Kia Sedona EX I bought new just went over 28000 miles first oil change did mobil 1 synthetic and drove to Florida and NC coastal multiple times decent gas mileage plenty of room I don't have a problem with the rear seats but my sister has an Odyssey and the rear seats are a little easier but if you want to spend 20 grand extra for some better folding rear seats you got it better than me 5 out of 5 stars for this guy thanks 👍

Serra Honda O'Fallon review
Jose was great to work with, this was probably the shortest amount of time I’ve been in a dealership. Showed up on Saturday evening and test drove the car was there about 20-30 minutes, contacted them by phone Monday and I did everything I could do over the phone then got there after work Monday and was there 30 minutes finalizing everything. Out of those 30 minutes we did have to wait 10 because Jose was already with another customer. A no pressure environment and very nice people.
2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

Kia of Covington PikeReviews
2022 Kia Carnival review
We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

Honest dealer with no games. Trade in value over the phone and agreed advertised price was good. Drove over 6 hours to complete the buying process. Saved $3000 on trade value compared to my local dealer who I have purchased a truck twice from and over $8500 on new truck price. Less then 2 hours to complete everything. Thanks

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Ford of Columbia review
Had both of my Fords serviced here recently, and the repair work was top-notch. Christian and Nick in the service department were fantastic—super communicative, professional, and thorough. They kept me in the loop the entire time and took great care of a surprise rear-axle issue on my '06 F-150. This would easily be a 6-star review if they ran the cars through a quick wash before pickup! Highly recommend Christian, Nick, and the service team at Ford of Columbia for reliable work—we’ll definitely be bringing our vehicles back.

This car buying experience has been PHENOMENAL! I will never buy a car from any other dealer! Bruno was so kind and understanding, he made this experience easy! After purchasing the vehicle, the detail crew was gone and Bruno detailed, washed, and got it ready for us to drive home! Jace was also very understanding and super easy to work with, he was patient with us and made the deal happen! We all know that the paperwork is the worst part, let me tell you; Bill made it the smoothest and easiest process! We were in and out of there in under 15 minutes! I’m telling you if you need a new car and want a great experience! COME HERE!! Thank you! So much Bruno, Jace, and Bill!!

Mary is the sales associate that assisted us with the purchase of our truck. The customer service was exceptional. There was no pressure and she kept in touch with us during the decision making process. We requested a referral for an attachment for the vehicle. Mary contacted the supplier and offered us the company discount to have the modification completed. We putchased a warranty for a great price and trust the company for future needs. I highly recommend City Auto and their team of professionals.

2022 Kia Carnival review
ill try and go in order. The comfort is great. When the car was new the seats were a bit hard, but as to be expected though. We have the EX trim so we got leather seats. The heating feature in the seats, pretty xxxx amazing. Seats in the back are great for the kids. comfortable and roomy. the ability to move all three seats individually in the second row makes things so much easier. We got an 8 seater and can make it a 7 seater, which we do most of the time, or remove two making a 5 etc. Leaves many options for the layout of the inside to your liking. The display for the radio, zero complaints. GPS works great. Moment you open it itll pull a list of local kia dealers based off your location just in case. Steering wheel feels great, I had a toyota for a few days and the Carnivals compared to toyotas is by far better. It is a 3.5DGI engine. Puts out amazing power. This is not your normal minivan you grew up with. it cruises along fine, and when you need to get moving, this thing moves with no hesitation at all Downside is i wish they offered a hybrid option. Hear its in the works. I use this for family and commuter to work which is about 100 miles a day 5 days a week. Have to fill up ever other day based off driving and traffic patterns. Value for the money? at MSRP pricing on an EX trim in a 2022 year, by far this is a steal!! Again test drove a sienna base base lowest trim and price was about 43K. did not have half the features our Carnival did and the Carnival MSRP price was about 36-37. we did pay a mark up of 1,500 but still nothing close to the Sienna when all was said and done. Best feature I like about this van is the rear camera that faces the back seats. I call it the DAD CAM. My kids can not get away with anything!. Styling? where i live there is not many of these around. I can maybe count all the ones in our area on two hands safely. We have ours in Black and we get so many compliments. Asked what it is and all. Many think its an SUV, facture in the look, our tints are 5% etc. Never can tell its a van unless you know what you're looking at. Reliability? I am going to say this as a very honest customer and driver. In 11 months i have put on 34,500 miles. I drive my cars pretty hard when I am by myself. Out of the 6 cars I have owned, this one is the only one that can stand my driving and always give me the power and reliability without me having to worry. Has given me zero issues. None. I have driven a Ford, Toyota and this is my first Kia. By far this out performs them all. One thing about kia is not only do they say they are reliable, they back it up with their warranty. No other car makes offer what they do unless you buy an extended warranty. Kias service team is also a pleasure. CarMax St. Louis South LindberghReviews
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
