Great friendly service. Diego and Gary made sure I got the car I wanted. My daughter will be excited for her graduation gift
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Service writer Fabian was very helpful and patient and gave me good advice. Warranty repair took about an hour and a half; had hoped it would have been shorter. Dealer did listen to my suggestion to turn down TV volume and it made waiting much nicer - thanks for that.

Ed Napleton Acura KiaReviews
Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

just bought a New Kia Telluride last Friday, and I want to say that I'm more than happy with all the staff at Napleton Kia of Elmurst who helped me with the purchase of my vehicle. Jose in sales was very helpful from start to finish, and Marco in financing answered all the questions that I had. The managers are professional and always making sure that we, as customers received good service and attention. I'm recommending this dealer to friends and family 10/10.

Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

Berwyn Kia review
I have only ever bought cars from Berwyn Kia and have also referred many family members and friends. Oraya (sales woman) and Jose (sales manager) and Victor (finance) were great! I love that they make the car buying experience such a breeze!!

Impex Auto SalesReviews
Impex Auto Sales review
We purchased a 2025 Expedition Max Platinum from Impex, great people, great service, fast and easy. We worked with Kelvin who was very nice and very knowledgeable.
2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.
