The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

Pretty cool ride 😀 I'm not complaining!! My vehicle is fun to drive, especially when gas is over 5 dollars a gallon. This vehicle is affordable, and having a lower cost service. Plenty of room space, a nice sounding stereo infinity. Comfortable leather seats heated and cooled.

2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I was also impressed with the pre-service of the vehicle prior to the final payment (synthetic oil change, new front pads, immaculate detailing throughout) which gave the impression of a quality dealership that has a vested interest in it's customers. The owner of the company made an appearance and offered support (although Jeff had accommodated this sale with precision). I just purchased my 2010 kia soul hatck back.its ot bigger than the new models.abd ready for this it has 259..000 miles on it n it's ru s like a champ I only had it 7 months and I get the oil change every 500 to 600 miles depending how it look or how much I've drove it..but I fo have a question .my idiot lights on dash some lights are not working.tjere has been a recall in the cluster system would it still be honored since I just bought it and there haven't been any recall order on it.. BTW.ITS PAINTED WITH THE BAD GUY ON THE TRANSFROMERS ON TBE HOOD AND IT ORANGE WITH GREEN RIMS AND INTEROR.THANKS
