J Star Dodge has the best customer service of any place of business I frequent. They have been the only place I use to service my 2019 Dodge Durango. I have 69,200 miles and it runs like it’s brand new.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

Honestly, my experience was 6/5 stars. I went on Sunday to test drive the Crosstrek…Estelle Feng was more than happy to show me the vehicle, answer any questions, and didn’t pressure me at all to buy that day. I knew I’d be coming back because of her. I even considered going to a different dealership, but I just wanted to work with Estelle. Yesterday (Wednesday), Estelle met me on my timeline (she’s really the best) to test drive the specific trim I wanted, and I didn’t think I’d be able to make any deals that day, due to some paperwork I was waiting on. This is where Jeff Jones comes in. Honestly, I don’t know how Jeff did it, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure to meet all my demands (and there were many). He somehow was able to get me into my dream car that day. Jeff is easy to talk, has a great sense of humor and really loves his job. Oh and he has the patience of a saint but I’ll get to the later. Marco Saines handled the boring stuff (paperwork)…again, super easy to talk to, honest, and just a good guy. He made it as painless as possible. He’s also quick to get back to you if you have questions. Back to Jeff…reading the contract today, I got confused by the numbers I was looking at. Admittedly, I am sick with a cold, and not thinking as sharply as normal. I called up and Jeff and ran him through the wringer. He very patiently explained to me what I was misunderstanding…several times (I’m sorry Jeff!!!). I realized my error and am immediately writing this review! :) Honestly, these three are a dream team. At no point did I feel pressured to buy that day, they just let me know I could if I wanted to. I hate being pressured, I’m highly anxious and am going through a difficult chapter in my life. I felt so comfortable as a woman going alone to this dealership and getting a car. I can honestly say this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, especially for a car dealership. You won’t regret buying a car here. Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

The Genesis G70 3.3T Rear Wheel Drive is one of the best performance values on the used car market. I do think there are a few better options then this car in the sport sedan field. The BMW M340i and Audi S3 come to mind, however you will pay more for those cars. Pros 1. Powerful 3.3 Turbo Engine. 2. Quick Shifting Transmission. 3. Solid Handling on a backroads. 4. Large amount of features for the price. 5. Great Looking car. 6. Radar cruise control is very good. 7. Transferable powertrain and bumper to bumper warranty. Cons 1. Small Backseat Space 2. Drive mode calibrations for throttle position is poor. 3. Ok gas mileage (But that does not bother me much since I have another car that is more fuel efficient) 4. Paint quality does not match BWM, Audi and Mercedes. 5. Remote Start features is a paid feature.

What I do not like Remote start: There is no option just to start the HVAC, you have to start the car. The car needs to be locked. Why not combine 2 functions - lock first, then start HVAC. After getting into the car and starting, a number of features do not work and need manual intervention: Auto setting for heated seats and steering wheel Phone no longer connects. Manual intervention needed to connect CarPlay (several taps) I have not been able to get scheduled HVAC going from the app. Multi-Information display is almost obstructed by steering wheel. And I am 6’2”. Steering-wheel buttons are crowded. Setting, canceling, resuming buttons are close together and I need to look at the wheel to find the right button. Audio volume is much easier with a knob… I had to restrict the upper range of the lift gate opening so it would not hit the garage door. Now I hit my head on the lift gate edge if I am not careful. My car came with only 1 key fob. Several months later still no 2nd fob. Heat takes a long time to come on. Lack of recording cameras, like Tesla. Knob to put in Drive or Reverse. Easy to select the wrong direction. Pushbuttons are easier. Only randomly is CarPlay activated when starting car. I only want Carplay. What I like Auto parking brake. Seats are comfortable. Easy to drive the car smoothly. Comfortable. Auto heated seats and steering wheel. Qi wireless charger Wireless CarPlay (will not buy a car without it) Rubber car mats. Overall comments: I like the car, but the interfaces in the Hyundai Kona Electric I had previously were better.

The front seats are comfortable and supportive. The 4 cyl has pep, gets 20 mph in the city at 165,000 miles and has been very reliable. When first moving in cold weather, the CVT transmission has to warm up for a couple of minutes before it smoothly shifts gears or manually shift it. It starts every time with a 5 year old battery in 0 degree weather. All in all, a good purchase.a

Dec. 13, 2018. Let&apos;s start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union&apos;s interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract&apos;s man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton&apos;s personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I&apos;ve not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!
