We recently purchased our second car from Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch, and once again had a great experience. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.

After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

I absolutely love my 2025 Heavy Metal Camry SE! It had 15,000 miles on it when I got it. It has a very stylish exterior and interior. Mine has the sunroof, heated seats, heated steering wheel, etc. The upgrades are awesome! Ride quality is so smooth. Changes from the electric motor to the gas motor are hardly noticeable. Very quiet interior that keeps a lot of road noise out. Very easy to use touchscreen display. Has enough power for driving on the highway. If a person wants more power you can put it in sport mode. You’ll just get lower mpg’s. Now depending on how you drive it the mpg’s on this car are amazing! My average is about 46 mpg right now. I’ve gotten as high as 53.7 mpg. It’s so much fun trying to beat your best mpg per trip. Toyota did an amazing job building this car!

Very reliable car. Extremely low maintenance. Fast and powerful biturbo makes it really enjoyable. Great way to save when driving. Did I mention, it's really comfortable with a great audio system.

we have owned this car for about 18 months. We get about 49.7 mpg i saw other reviews that gave a value rating of 4 out of 5. Name me one car that gets this good gas milage, and the most reliable hybrid system available and holds its value 5, 10, 15 and 20 years better than a Camry!!

I love my 2014 Mazda CX-5. It is technically a 2014, but apparently no 2014s on Cars.com to review. It is so reliable—requires just basic maintenance like oil changes, new windshield wipers and tires as you’d need on any vehicle. Handles well, even on snow. Wish it had a turbo engine, but it’s plenty fast and not an issue. Never had any big expenses or surprises. My only 1st world complaint is the outdated/cumbersome GPS system and it sometimes doesn’t connect to my Bluetooth when trying to play Pandora—but the phone has never been an issue. I may look for a newer to me CX-5 just for something new to drive! My step-son may be the lucky one in line to drive the 2014 CX-5 next!
