Fletcher Jones MotorcarsReviews
Fletcher Jones Motorcars review
This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

Land Rover Cerritos review
From the time I parked in their guest parking space to the time I left the dealership, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by the very friendly and professional staff at Cerritos Land Rover. Huge shout-out and thanks to Ahmed for a no-pressure approach to sales, especially accomodating my reasonable conditions, making for a very smooth and easy purchase decision. Also big thanks to Seif and Raphael in Finance for continuing the relaxed experience working out the paperwork and answering my questions. Thanks to Gustavo for the vehicle walk-thru going over vehicle features, as well as ensuring the car came with all the accessories it was supposed to. Finally, thanks to Adam for delivering my vehicle safely all the way down to San Diego with all that LA/SD Freeway traffic, on the same day as my purchase! And again to Seif who drove down with Adam in a different vehicle for the return trip back to Cerritos. The dealership being clean out in the lot and in the guests and office spaces definitely represented the luxury and prestige of the brand. Complimented by a super friendly and professional staff... what more can you ask for in a dealership and vehicle purchase experience?! I had a great car buying experience. The staff was also great. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again. =)
2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

Land Rover Beverly hills review
It's a bird, it's a plane, no its Super Jose (Vergin). My wife was traveling from Utah through Los Angeles to San Diego when a warning light appeared on her Defender 110. She called me while driving and I called LRBH, fortunately getting Jose. He made room for her that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and facilitated a loaner vehicle that day so she could continue her trip. The Vehicle needed almost a $3,000 repair and had literally just gone over its 50K warrantee. Jose not only prioritized the repair, but he also facilitated a courtesy warrantee accommodation with Land Rover saving us significant dollars. A few days later, the work was completed as promised, when promised. He continued to stay in contact with both of us in a very friendly professional efficient manner. Repair problem - bad, Jose - good, outcome as positive as we could have hoped for. Thank you, Jose and your team, at LRBH.

Van Nuys KiaReviews
Van Nuys Kia review
We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. No surprises and no headaches. a superior experience all around, with special touches like the big red bow on the car for pics and a gong inside the dealership my son could hit to celebrate his very first car.

Beverly Hills BMWReviews
Beverly Hills BMW review
I had a really great experience with Lucas. He was super patient and easy to work with from the start. Even though the car I went in to see was sold right before I got there, he didn’t rush me or try to push anything else. Instead, he took his time showing me around and helped me look at a few other options. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. I really appreciated how professional and down to earth he was throughout the process. Definitely someone I’d recommend asking for if you’re in the market for a car. L.Montoya

CarMax HendersonReviews
CarMax Henderson review
This is my 6th BMW purchase d from this CarMax. Because of the Pandemic, this process is a little bit hectic. Lots of steps now to complete the purchase. The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. I was ok with that though as it was done for my safety. I would still come back again for any further purchases. The end result sent me home with my new 2016 BMW M5. I’m happy. Thank You!!
2023 Land Rover Defender review
I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.
