Solid selection and nobody followed me around the lot which I appreciate. Took a while to get the second key sorted out but they mailed it to me like they said they would. Would come back.

Auto ExoticaReviews
Auto Exotica review
I had a great experience purchasing my car from Auto Exotica. Bill (my salesman) was very friendly and helpful and the owner, Frank is a fantastic guy and pleasure to work with. They were very fair with the trade-in value of my car and did not play any games when it came to the final price of the car I was interested in ... if you have bought cars from private dealers before, you know what I am talking about ... the price they advertised online was really the price being charged and no BS fees were added. Pros: - Car was in excellent condition - Car was exactly as described - Extremely nice staff - Very fast response time - Willing to negotiate - Do not apply pressure to "close sale" - NO HIDDEN FEES!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: - I wish I had found these guys sooner! I will be back shopping with them again and will be referring all my friends and family to them

I had an outstanding experience working with Justin at JS Autohaus. He was professional, knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We purchased a 2022 Mercedes-Benz SL 55 and couldn’t be more satisfied with our decision. Among all the New Jersey car dealerships I’ve dealt with, this has been one of my best experiences so far. I highly recommend JS Autohaus to anyone searching for quality pre-owned vehicles in New Jersey.

I worked with Alex and Fernando to get a deal that worked for me. They were honest, helpful and professional. Gave me a more than fair trade-in offer on my car. We drove down from NJ to pickup our gorgeous 2023 Range Rover Velar. Have a great 7 year warranty for it and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Well worth the 3 1/2 hour ride to get our new vehicle.

Land Rover ParsippanyReviews
Land Rover Parsippany review
I had an outstanding experience leasing my new Range Rover Evoque, and I can't say enough great things about my Brand Ambassador Juan Tamayo. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he was friendly, considerate, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. What impressed me most was how hard he worked on my behalf. He went above and beyond to make the lease work for me and was able to get my payment to a number I was truly happy with. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and always had my best interests in mind. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely trustworthy and committed to putting the customer first. Juan made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, enjoyable, and exciting. I absolutely love my new Range Rover, and I know this experience wouldn't have been the same without Juan. If you're looking for someone who is honest, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, I highly recommend asking for him. He is, without a doubt, the best salesperson I've ever worked with. Thank you, Juan, for making this such an exceptional experience!

I gave Land Rover Manhattan a second chance at redemption from my first experience with them. That is what they did. They redeemed themselves. From the start to receiving my repaired vehicle was a pleasant experience. Javier went out of his way to make sure I had a top tier experience. I’d also like to thank Rueben who added to the experience of making the customer feel appreciated.

Auto Spot of Mountain Lakes review
What stood out to me was that I never felt pushed into buying anything. I had time to look around, ask questions, and decide what worked best for me. That's exactly how car shopping should be.

Brooklyn Auto SalesReviews
Brooklyn Auto Sales review
As a proud customer of BAS, I am extremely delighted to disclose my positive experience to all customers who appreciate quality service. It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. All employees at Brooklyn Auto Sales, notably Adam, are super nice and welcome everyone.

Brooklyn Auto Sales review
Best car buying experience ever! They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience. Since I was 14 I’ve dreamed that one day I’d be able to own a white twin turbo Supra! I’ve been following Brooklyn Auto for a little over a year now. I’ve always loved looking at all the awesome cars they have and dream that one day I’d be able to buy something as cool. I started following them because I’ve always loved Toyota Supra’s, and they always seem to have very quality ones for sell. Only problem is I live in Kansas in they are in New York. But Last month they posted the car I had always wanted. A White Twin Turbo Supra with only 71k miles on it. That night day at about 10pm my time (even later in New York) I texted the number posted and within minutes Adam from Brooklyn Auto Messaged me back. I told him that I really liked the car and preceded to ask questions. That night I ask if he could finance a part of the car and he told me no problem. He had a bank that he used that he trusted. The next morning Adam and I spoke on the phone and made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. He was very prompt when requesting any videos, and very responsive with answering all the questions that I had. It took the thought “is this for real” or “a bad deal” completely away! With little time I was approved for the loan and the car was mine! Now for transportation! I’ve always had a bad experience with transporters. Adam told me not to worry because he had a guy. The transport guy called me and told me because I was working with Adam he would hook me up and give me a discount and setup a time to pick up the car the next day. This was on a Thursday, the transporter told me he should have the car to me by the following Thursday. Adam sent me another Video of the car getting loaded up and I got supra excited! Well guess what? That Sunday I got a call from the transporter saying he was only 3 hours out!!! For real!?!?! He showed up 4 days early! Seeing the car for the first time was amazing! Just how it had been described to me! It only took 25 years. Because of Adam I now have the car I’ve always wanted, and it is crazy nice!!!! If you are looking to buy a car from these guys don’t hesitate. They are honest, excellent communicators, very responsive, and have a true passion for what they do! I can’t thank them enough! This whole process of buying a car was a very positive experience.
