For some reason, there seems to be a very small inventory for luxury sedans of late. My wife and I were pretty frustrated trying to land a specific model (Merc S550). When I first stopped by Go Luxury Auto Group's, I was impressed with the amazing collection and quality of cars. While I did not immediately find what I was looking for, I asked them to keep looking for a Mercedes S550 in Red. Just 2 days later, I got a call saying they found the car of my choice and scheduled an appointment to take it on a test drive. The car was in an immaculate condition, and well within my price range, and had all the features we wanted. The buying process was a breeze, it took me less than an hour to complete all the formalities and drive away with a fantastic car. My wife and I really appreciate your hard work in finding a car to our specifications. Top class customer service and a very awesome dealership was like adding a cherry on the top. I enjoy driving this car. It has all the safety features I was looking for, and I appreciate the camera rear view mirror, along with the parking camera assist. I’m excited to try out the off-road features in a few months and think I could take this just about anywhere and be able to get back home. The various driving modes make this well-equipped.

My husband is working overseas, and I really wanted this specific color RX 350; I knew if I waited, it would not be at the dealership once my husband returned home. I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

I own the 2020 evoque base model. The tech is basic, not many bells and whistles for $43000.00. Its nice to look at, but not "impressive" in comfort or performance! The lag time off of the line is embarrassing too. Such hesitation is unacceptable! I wont say i regret the purchase, but look forward to my next car actually being fully loaded and quicker!

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

I bought this vehicle pre-owned with nearly 60,000 miles but the ride is still so comfortable and responsive. The luxurious seats and air suspension make it a joy to drive. So much power in a sub compact SUV and just enough room for storage. I highly recommend this vehicle as long as it is well maintained, you are less likely to suffer from problems related to neglect and avoid the expense.

Initially I bought a car that had a cracked head gasket. I realized it within days of buying it. Once I brought to their attention They went above and beyond to make sure that i was taken care of got me into another vehicle with minimal inconvenience. They gave me a rental car for a couple days while i waited for another vehicular to switch into. Ultimately i got a vehicle that was a better fit for my family. Samuel was courteous and professional through the whole process, a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to Daniel the manager who chose to do the right thing and did not simply say sorry, you bought it as is. A refreshing experience to see a used car dealership that care more about the customer satisfaction than making a profit on a car. It is very luxurious. The technology is impressive. I hate that the gas door doesn’t have a place for the gas cap. I also hate that there are not handles in the back seat to hang clothes. The trunk space is tiny!
