Edit: I am upgrading my previous review from one star to three because of the dealership's General Manager Flavio Pinheiro. Not only was he thoughtful enough to address my review, but he called me to apologize and learn from the experience how to make the business better. I was upset due to the lack of communication between the staff and the customer. I dropped off my 2003 X-type because it had an issue passing the DMV inspection. It took a few days to hear back from anyone. It took them several more days to locate a part. However, the staff did not communicate this to me. When I would call to ask about the status of my car a staff member would tell me they would call me back and never did, or a secretary would direct my call to a voicemail that was never answered. I think it would help the dealership greatly to answer or return calls by the end of the day or early the next day. Staff members who do not know the answer to a question should not promise to call back "in two minutes" and then never call back. Because my car is an older model, I began to feel that my business did not matter. There were days when I waited patiently for a call back. Then there were days where I grew greatly impatient and tried several times to reach someone. I don't mind at all that it took two weeks to get back the car because I now know they were trying to locate the part from several other dealerships. However, I would have felt a great sense of relief and comfort that my car was indeed being cared for if someone would have tried every few days to call and give me an update without me having to chase an employee down. I would definitely now give this dealership another chance, and I suggest if a customer is having an issue to reach out to Flavio. He will try to address your concern and has made me a happy customer once again.
My 2003 X-type could not pass DMV inspection. I felt confident that the dealership I bought the car from could diagnose and repair the problem. However, this dealership has changed greatly for the worse since becoming a Paul Miller dealership. No one answers or returns calls on the multiple phone numbers listed on their website. There is not enough follow-up to update the customer on the status of the repair. I would call the Service Dept only to get redirected to the Parts Dept voicemail that is never answered. They explained the problem with the car and then added on two additional issues that I felt padded the bill. I told them to fix what was wrong with the car so I could pass inspection. They agreed to do so. However over a week and a half later, I still didn't hear back from from them whether the car was ready. I called multiple times and was finally able to speak to someone. They told me because my car was older they were having trouble locating the part. If the dealer can't get the part, who can? What kind of answer is that? Why didn't they call me during that week long of waiting to explain what was going on? They said they would call me the next day to let me know what would happen next. I still haven't heard from them 24 hours later. They are the reason people avoid repairs at a dealership.
Quality Auto Center has a great variety of luxurious cars. They're all pre-owned but they all are in top condition and some of them have even been produced this year! I checked their site and saw they have a brand new Dodge Challenger which is my dream car. I called them and spoke to Marilyn to check the price and he told me about their financing options so, in the end, I decided that this Dodge is my next car. Now I'm driving it and I couldn't be happier!
My husband and I had a great experience overall at the Honda of Hackettstown. Everyone was very pleasant including our representative Kamal, he made this process go not only very smoothly but in a great timely manner! He worked his best to meet our needs and we couldn???t be more appreciative. Thank you Kamal! :)

I???ve always been quite skeptical regarding the used cars and particularly trade-in scheme, but my wife convinced me to give it a try. We found AMG Auto and their website and after a quick chat with their employee, Taji decided that it???s worth trying. So we chose the vehicle that fit our demands regarding price, size and so on, completed all the procedures with the financing of a deal and are now very happy with our new Infiniti JX35.

He arranged a test drive of the Charger that I wanted to buy and explained why there's nothing much to worry about when you buy a used car from a good seller
I purchased my first car (a 2011 Mercedes-Benz C-Class) today, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I had spoken to Alex several times before coming in and he was beyond helpful. Once there, Alex made the experience quick and painless. I was offered a test drive and after he got me the best deal he could (which was a great one), and he was warm and friendly and seemed just as excited to get me in this car as I was.

We just purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from Bridgewater Kia. We visited Bridgewater Kia based on the positive experiences from prior customers posted on Dealerrater.com There is a sign in the showroom that says: ???Our job is not to sell you a car, our job is to help you buy a car???. That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. We are very excited about our purchase and extremely pleased with our car buying experience with Brett and David. Dan, (who is referred to in the prior ratings) also stopped by to talk to us and was very gracious. We highly recommend Bridgewater Kia and Brett and the team if you are looking for a new KIA.

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! Our 5th great car from Off Lease! Damien was wonderful, and helped us navigate the car buying process yet again. When we???re in Florida, we always stop by off lease as the selection, quality and price is unmatched! We call Nashville, TN home much of the year, and there is no way that you could find so many late model premium late model cars and trucks (the truck selection is amazing). It takes a bit of time and research, but loved Damien???s honesty and help in finding the perfect SUV for my daughter. Mike Katz as sales manager is truly the best! Thanks Off Lease!!
