I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

love this car but hard to match value with other in class. Anything less than HSE might as well be a base model Honda. Interior needs more weight and quality feels very cheap
Land rovers are fun to drive! They look great! They are not the best made cars though? It is not the German engineering of a BMW or an Audi? But they are off-road capable and still a lot of fun to own !
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Car is beautiful. Just purchasd this vehicle so I am still learning about Its features. So far I would definitely recommend to a friend. If you like a smooth ride, this is not for you
Overall a not bad vehicle but 3 new rear cameras, one new rear differential and a new software download required all for a vehicle 14 months old with 11k in kilometres. This is all ok while under warranty but off warranty I can only imagine the cost. It will be sold prior to warranty expiring.
All of the staff at Marchant Cheverolet were very friendly and professional. There is no pressure to buy a vehicle and no hidden dealer fees. I believe this is a very trustworthy dealership who stands up to their reputation.
I have had my 91' Range Rover Classic since I bought it new in 1991. I have over 180K miles on it and maintain it as much as I can on my own. I purchase the parts online when needed. I love my Rover and will keep it for a very long time. I have another car for commute purposes. I drive my rover for fun and when I have to go shopping for home supplies and projects. With a trailer it can haul everything that I need.
Recently purchased a new Cadillac Escalade. I was incredibly impressed with the Manager, AJ and Sales Associate Cliff. Located a car from another dealer to meet my needs. Both were very knowledge about the product and features available to me. Facility is top notch. Finance process very simply and easy. Best place to buy a car!

Luxury at its finest! I have always wanted to own this vehicle and now I do! Not to mention that I was able to purchase it at a very affordable price.
My wife and I feel that we were treated fairly and respectfully by the sales associates at Baker Cadillac. The XT-5 we purchased is a work of art aside from being a really nice luxury automobile. Kudo's to GM's Cadillac Design Division. We also like the maintenance programs and warranties included in the purchase, speaking of which, Baker's Service Department treats you like your family.

This vehicle is reliable, functional, luxurious, capable and super safe! With three rows of seats, ample head room and legroom it’s large enough for everyone. They no longer make this gem so they will be collectors items I’m sure!
This was a beautiful and great car, however needed a lot of service. Drove great, handled very well. Very comfortable and luxurious. If you can afford a few extra expenses, great car for you.
