Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.
Recently purchased a new Cadillac Escalade. I was incredibly impressed with the Manager, AJ and Sales Associate Cliff. Located a car from another dealer to meet my needs. Both were very knowledge about the product and features available to me. Facility is top notch. Finance process very simply and easy. Best place to buy a car!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Larry Schey did a great job! He knew answers to most of my questions. If he didn’t, he promptly got back to me. I live over 500 miles from the dealership, so my dependence on his representation of the car was critical. I made the trip and the car was everything he said it was and there were no hidden fees in the price. They were honest and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Larry!
We test drove a used van and liked it but it wound up not being in our price range for our trade. The staff was very pleasant and understanding and we would go back again if there was another car we liked.

Had a really good experience at Berkeley Ford. Mark was my salesman and the sales manager was Stanley. Both id a fantastic job getting me more than i could ask for. every one there was very nice and professional. I've visited most dealerships in Charleston, and this one was by far the best customer experience. It felt like a family bushiness, not a large dealership.
Brent acknowledged me right away with a smile and a hand shake! That meant a lot since I was by myself and haven't shop for car in 14 years. He was so helpful throughout the car buying process and I felt at ease. Everyone else that I came in contact gave excellent service as well.
We bought a car from Brad Braun at Charleston Nissan on 5/16/17. Wow we were very pleased with the deal that Brad was able to give us. We were treated like family and he went above and beyond to make sure he got us just what we wanted for the price we were looking for. He even came in to work on his birthday to make sure we were taken care of. My hat goes off to the finance guy Ron who also helped tremendously . Wonderful people at Charleston Nissan. Will tell everyone about them.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.
