The Sales associate, Johnathan, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered the questions we had regarding the vehicle and the purchase process. He was helpful in getting an acceptable value for our trade-in. The suv we bought did not have a cargo area cover. He did not help us either with replacement or compensation for our expense to replace it.

Service Chevrolet Cadillac review
I have bought 2 vehicles from there. My salesman Joe did a fine job on both sales 5 years apart. I called looking looking at a vehicle but it was sold but he got me in a even better SUV that is like a dream come true and good interest rate and affordable note. My latest vehicle I purchased is a brand new Z71 Traverse. A few weekends ago we drove to Lafayette from Alexandria and he literally had everything ready to sign and we were in and out in 45 minutes or so. That Friday it didn't take long either to do the application and everything else was electronic. Go see Joe and he will take great care of you!

Lexus of JacksonvilleReviews
Lexus of Jacksonville review
Jeff Lovett was absolutely great to work with. He took care of me from start to finish to make sure I was completely satisfied. This was the second Lexus purchase Jeff has helped me with, the first being four years ago. Bob Ewing, the Finance Director, was great to work with as well. I would highly recommend Jeff, Bob, and Lexus of Jacksonville to anyone looking to purchase an automobile.
2022 Lexus ES 350 review
The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

Audi Napa ValleyReviews
Audi Napa Valley review
I just bought a 2026 Audi S e-tron GT in Arkona White with the Arras Red interior, and the car is incredibly beautiful. It was also very competitively priced. What really stood out was how AJ handled the details. He spotted a blemish on the wheel that I never even noticed, told me about it, and had it repaired. He could have said nothing and I would not have known. Then, during delivery, the driver pulled up onto a parking block and damaged the black plastic underbody cover at the front. AJ took care of it right away. He ordered the part and is having it shipped to Modesto so the repair is closer to home for me. On top of that, they are giving me a one time free full detail when I bring the car to the dealership. Diego on the contracts side was quick and very supportive of AJ throughout the process, and AJ is a great team leader. The signing was all done remotely and it was easy. The two of them work well together and it shows. Delivery to Merced was free, and they even offered to drive my Hyundai back to Merced if I wanted to take the Audi home the same night. Truly amazing service. I am very happy with the transaction and with everyone involved. Thank you AJ and Diego!
