Paul Mitchell in the Finance Dept was TERRIFIC!! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! And Alex, the tech guy, was VERY helpful and patient. Overall, my experience was great. I would HIGHLY recommend Butler Lexus of South Atlanta! Marcus made the deal pleasurable and seamless. His manager, Rashad Saeed, was great-he had the service address a couple minor items for us. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Mustang on 19 September 2020. The vehicle was priced under KBB Value (despite its immaculate condition and extremely low mileage), and the offer for my trade-in was very generous (on the far right end of the KBB bell curve). The sales representative, the manager, and the finance department were professional, friendly, and surprisingly NOT pushy. COVID-19 social distancing and mask policies were obided by during our 4 hour visit, the facilities were clean, complimentary beverages and snacks were available, and there was a diverse selection of used vehicles. Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.
