The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Pohanka Lexus review
I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. 2025 Lexus ES 350 review
The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Lexus of Cherry Hill review
I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max and attempted to pair it with my Lexus, but after several unsuccessful tries, I decided to stop by the dealership for assistance. It was Friday around 5:00 p.m., and I was told that Chris, the technician, might have already left for the day. Fortunately, he was still there and willing to help. Chris came out and greeted both my husband and me warmly, asking how he could assist us. I explained that I was trying to pair my phone, but the word “pair” never appeared on the screen. We got in the car, and not only did he take the time to pair my iPhone, but he also helped set up the navigation system and program my favorites. I left as a very happy customer.
