AutoNation Ford Frisco review
My wife and I had a great experience buying a new explorer at Auto Nation Frisco. We found the vehicle we were looking for on the website. So I called Saturday morning and spoke to AB what a fantastic young man. We scheduled a time to meet with him, he had the vehicle parked up front and ready to view. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be calling AB again for our next vehicle.

Ewing Subaru of PlanoReviews
Ewing Subaru of Plano review
Angel at Ewing Subaru made our purchase very easy. I looked at cars for my daughter from Corpus to Dallas, focusing on Houston since I live there. Ewing offered the best value, enough better to justify flying to Dallas for the purchase. Angel took care of the transaction electronically, and even delivered the car to Love Field to complete the deal. He met me at customer arrivals, we signed a few papers, and I was driving to Houston before security even had a chance to ask us to move along. A perfect buying experience!
2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Carz City review
Carz city was amazing when it came to my car purchase!! I had a trade in and I feel like they gave me top dollar for it!!! I found the vehicle online and they were so easy to work with over the phone and even when I came in person to secure the deal! They had a game area for our kids to be entertained while we did paperwork. They took care of us and went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them and I would do business with them again! Thanks carz city!!!

2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Basically I love it because it takes the driving, so to speak, onto itself, with many warning and, well,"idiot-proodf" features. So.You gonna merge right lane?Lexus GX460 will Beep And sound, if you are in danger of a close collision. And my god, like SEVENTEEN speakers all about. Grandkids in third seating can play, be cool/warm and play their Android/iPhone apps. VERY quiet. Beautiful. I bought it believing it were leather inside(black on black),but apparently they sole me a "leatherette" seating covers. Navigation and controls are quite useful. BUT - the multitudinous(included)options require a steady and sober acquaintance with this beautiful behemoth. After 1 month, I still am learning. That is fine with me. It can be said to be a labour of love. ONE aspect is how quiet this big bugger is. Very. And it is Ready to take off at red lights (after green).Very, er, Most powerful. Truly one is surprised at the weight of the craft, HEAVY, to be able to start at stop lights and basically never experience a jolt or"bump"in when accelerating from green lights. It encases one in a most comfortable, never too hot nor cold seating arrangement. So,with THREE grandkids Plus daughter and Son-in-law, we get on most pleasurably. And don't ask me what the kids are playing on their games in the back. AND-this sort of took me aback-the pull down interior mirror includes a 180 degree"fisheye". Thus one can keep an eye on all passengers. Nest time I may be able to afford the LX biggest and premium class. But for now, we are going to ride in this baby "starcraft"for a long time. And sound? Furgeddaboutit. 17 speakers. Symphony on wheels. Oh, I had my Beamers(5), and mi Mercedes(3). Unforgettable and a dream to own. Sorry I wasted time on Beamers and Mercedes. I'm a fan now.

2016 Lexus GX 460 review
Does so many things well. Fulfills the promise that the luxury mid-size SUV always held out but rarely fully reached - family hauling (seats 5-7), cargo toting, trailer towing, highway cruising, off-roading, winter driving, luxury interior, maneuverable/garageable, and even durability/reliability (this is fundamentally a Toyota truck, and built to a higher standard than even Tacoma) all in one package. Only downsides are fuel economy and complex infotainment, but no vehicle is perfect.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
Dawn Betrus is such a great salesperson and a wonderful person to work with. She made my new Lexus purchase incredibly easy and stress-free. We were in and out of Sewell Lexus of Dallas in about an hour and half and completed the entire transaction smoothly. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. She made sure everything was ready when I arrived and made the whole experience feel simple and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Dawn Betrus to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. If you want someone who truly takes care of her customers and makes the buying process easy, ask for Dawn. She is excellent! Thank you, Dawn, for such a great experience! That is a strong 5-star review without sounding exaggerated. And interestingly, your “in and out in about an hour” experience is consistent with an older customer review specifically praising Dawn for completing a Lexus purchase in less than an hour.
2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I purchased a new 2023 GX460 two weeks ago, and it is a fabulous SUV. I did get two Key Fobs, so it depends on when you get the car. I traded a 2020 RX350, and believe it or not, the GX is super quiet, and more so than the RX350. I have the Premium Plus with Sport package, and it is super good looking, and I get compliments on it all the time. I do recommend the sport package, it has nice exterior upgrades . The Mark Levinson stereo is fabulous. The tried and true v8 with the 4 speed automatic trans is wonderful, smooth sailing. The MPG is really not far off from the RX350 with the v6. I'm average about two miles to the gallon different, around 16 in town , with 22 on the highway. Not bad for a heavy vehicle. While some reviews tend to knock the rear tail gate opening that opens to the side, I love it, and a big plus is that you can raise the back window ! Not many SUV's do that ! The GX460 is built in one of the best factories in Japan, the Tahara plant. The fit and finish is perfect. Everything lines up, the paint is beautiful ! This is one of the best cars I have ever owned, if not the best ! I highly recommend the GX460 !

I was very nervous before buying the car since I was purchasing it from another state. It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles. Everything went flawlessly! Manager Gary Wiley Jr. did an outstanding job and handled everything perfectly. He provided all the necessary information and photos immediately upon request. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better. It’s already been a month, and I’m truly enjoying every moment behind the wheel of my M5. Thank you to Siwell and especially to Gary Wiley Jr. for the excellent service.
2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I had a great time at Lexus; Joesph Minster and I looked for a good car for me and voila, we found the car in never knew I needed. Joesph was very patient with me even though I was being very indecisive. Had a great visit and coming back soon.

Feels good in traffic and on the road! Roomy and rides well plus being comfortable! Perfect car in a winter storm. Power enough for a SUV.

2022 Lexus GX 460 review
I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.
