I had a great experience purchasing my BMW from Hyman Brothers of Midlothian. Joseph Taylor was the sales rep helping me with my purchase. He provided a great customer experience. He was very patient and answered all the questions I have on the vehicle. I would def recommend purchasing your vehicle from there and dealing with Joseph.
It was a great experience! Would recommend absolutely to others! Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle from this dealership, the prices were extremely fair and the people kind. I only didn’t buy the car from here because I was too far away and I didn’t get a chance to test drive the vehicle that I wanted.
CarLotz sold me a 2015 Honda Civic. Jarratt, the salesman, was straightforward, knowledgeable, and provided great service. The car itself is clean and in good condition. No pressure sales tactics or shady negotiating. It was a great buying experience.

He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My daughter was in need of a car. I had shopped at MW Auto before so decided to take a look at the inventory. Was quite pleased they had a vehicle under $5000. She took a test drive in the car and liked it. I gave them a call and we worked out all the details over the phone. She picked the car up 2 days later. Amazing!!! Where else could this happen?? Go see for yourself............
Dana and Kenny were very helpful. Spent time with my wife and I to test drive 3 vehicles in the cold and walking all over the lot. We are checking their website for transfer vehicles as the cars we wanted were all marked sold already. Thanks guys!
Sale associate Alex Jackson was very professional to work with, and was very knowledgeable . Amount offered for trade-in was fair, and we quickly agreed upon a price for the new vehicle. Follow up since the sale has been superb.

Buying a car at Haley Toyota was an excellent experience. Every other dealership I went to in the metro-Richmond area did their best to prey on what they thought was my car buying inexperience, probably because I'm a single female. Everyone in the dealership was respectful, and I never felt manipulated or coerced. The following people were especially wonderful, with Business Manager Michael O'Hehir leading the way. Rand Hargrave, Sales manager, and Matt King were a close second, with Walter Ford right alongside them. Prices were beyond reasonable. Customer service was outstanding on all levels. Must visit this dealership before purchasing anywhere else!
