I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
Chris is my maintenance representative at Lindon of Lexus, and I have nothing but praise for him. He is a World Class maintenance representative for Lexus of Lindon, and the reason I get my car taken care of at that location. He has earned my total TRUST! On a scale of 1 to 10...he is a 20!
We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.
The sales reps were very communicative with me about the car I was looking at. They gave me good comparables in the area and sent multiple emails to make sure all my questions were getting answered.
We just couldn't get to an agreeable price that would have been worth my time to come in and check the vehicle out.
Some of the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. Brian was great and made everything really nice and easy for me. I was not able to purchase a car at that time but when I am ready I will definitely go back.
I was recently in the market to purchase a new car so I stopped into Milam Mazda and I was greeted by Chris Wodjenski. Instantly he made me feel at ease with the process of purchasing a new car. He's very knowledgeable about every model and options. After looking at a few cars I decided to go with the Mazda 3 Hatchback. I highly recommend you stop in and talk with Chris Wodjenski. You will not regret it.
Buying experience favorably reflected Lexus quality perception. Purchased vehicle was well prepared as to Lexis Certified status and I appreciated the full tank of gas gesture. Sales rep Michael Shteyn was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Josh Carpenter at Lexus of Wayzata was outstanding from the moment we met him through every follow-up discussion, email, text and in person meeting. If he didn???t have an answer for us, he sought out other resources to find it. The whole team at Lexus was exemplary in meeting and exceeding our car buying needs. Josh has been great following up with us to make sure everything is running smoothly with our new car. This is the way car buying is meant to be; it is an experience and we feel very good about the one are enjoying with Josh and Lexus Of Wayzata!
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.
Working with Tony and Jeff was a wonderful experience. I was very comfortable and felt like I was sitting there with a friend. They treated me like a person and not just a potential sale. I have never felt so satisfied after buying a car. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
I took my car to the dealership for the Takata airbag recall and an oil change and I was very pleased with how quick the process was. My car was finished in three hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made the process simple and easy.

We have been dealing with Bernard Tremblay, and this dealership for about 10 years. We would not consider going elsewhere. Bernard is knowledgeable and considerate and the dealership has a great service department, which has always been customer friendly
I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.
