We had a great buying experience. The process was simple and straightforward, and we were able to finalize everything over the phone before traveling from Savannah. When we arrived, the vehicle was clean, detailed, and filled with gas. Everything was ready for us!

Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!
2024 Lexus IS 350 review
The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.

2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

I was pleased with the service provided by Mr. Burton in the purchase of my vehicle; in addition to the services provided by the Technician. Both individuals took time to explain all questions asked with professionalism and patience. If given the opportunity I would definitely recommend Mr. Cardell Burton as the go to sale representative. I believe I am going to be happy with buying my first Lexus vehicle (hopefully last vehicle). In fact, when I decided to purchase a Lexus, Mr. Burton was recommended by a longtime friend, I was pleased with the services provided.

What an experience! From the moment we stepped into the dealership, everything was great! Ask for Tabatha! "If you are looking for a stress-free, seamless, and actually enjoyable car-buying experience, look no further! From the moment we walked into the dealership, the atmosphere was welcoming. Tabatha, our salesperson provided absolutely awesome service from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. Her professionalism and genuinely warm attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. The entire team at the dealership was great, Brooke, the salesperson who finalized our deal also went above and beyond to ensure we drove away happy. These ladies were the absolute BEST! THANK YOU, for making this a memorable experience!

2015 Lexus IS 350 review
The Lexus IS 350 F Sport has been a great car! It does a great job in the winter and the only downside is the clearance. But I can’t complain about the car, it has been great. It sounds good when you get on it and it’s quick. Not sure about 3 seconds quick like the gentleman in the other review and I’m almost certain he is a little high. But I plan on buying another Lexus just might try a different model. Plus I’m not as slim as I use to be.
