Wanted a very specific new ES 350 F Sport in white with circuit red interior with select options. Esther Ortiz, my sales consultant, worked very hard to make sure we found the right car and made the right deal. She is extremely professional and trustworthy. Would do business with her and Lexus of Tampa again. The ES 350 F Sport exceeds my expectations.
We didn’t like the total inability to negotiate the price of the car, nor the dealer add on fees. We left without our car manuals. Our salesman, John Taliaferro kept assuring me he was sending them to me. I would get a couple and the nothing. He kept telling me he was sending the last one, even sending his own copy! No manual ever came. So, make sure you leave with everything because once you walk out that door, nobody really cares if you ever get what’s missing. You will play “the check is in the mail “ game until you tire of it and order the manual online.
They were wonderful people to deal outstanding all around. The individual I dealt with was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. As a buyer from 1000 miles away they could have treated me much differently but they treated me like I was at the dealership.

My Saturn Sky was starting to give up the ghost. I wanted another sporty car, but I needed one with power seats to get in and out of more easily and a couple of other features (manual transmission for one-love shifting through those gears). A search online lead me to Genuine Motorcars. They had just the car for me. However, never having bought a car online (and out-of-state) before, I was hesitant. I had attempted an on-line purchase previously, but it went badly. But I'm glad it did, because I got the car I should have had all along instead of the car I thought I wanted. After talking to Nick, Chris, and Tom on the phone, my worries disappeared. I was able to quickly arrange a car loan and took the train down to Tampa to drive the car back back home. Tom picked me up at the station for my salesmen Nick and Chris. They are all extremely cordial, and most of all professional. Tom sat in the car for the better part of an hour going over all the controls with me. Chris took me out on the test drive. I also talked to Tom, the owner for a half hour. The entire process from initial e-mails and phone conversations to final purchase was to everything I could have asked for. Thanks so much for the pleasant transaction! Had a ball driving the car back home. Kudos to the entire staff of Genuine Motorcars.
From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

Heath explains everything in plain terms, while making you very comfortable while you wait. The technician, Kyle Hyer, serviced my Vehicle today and did a thorough check out. I love this dealership!
